Property / summary

Within the framework of the application, our institution submits the application for funding for the professions that appear as institutional shortages, with the aim of providing the human resources required to meet the legal requirements and with a specific qualification. As part of the project, we plan the training of 14 people in 8 professions — health practice manager, adult intensive care specialist, emergency nurse, anesthesiology assistant, surgical assistant, diabetological nurse, respiratory nurse, patient attendant — which represents 5.5 % of the number of professionals. This would increase the proportion of those qualified to carry out medical professional activities, which will help to comply with the legal requirements. This could improve the quality of patient care, the quality of care and, last but not least, the social perception of the healthcare system by ensuring a qualified workforce. (English)

A pályázat keretében intézményünk a Szakdolgozói képzési programok az intézményi hiányszakmaként jelentkező szakmákra nyújtja be a támogatási kérelmet, mellyel a jogszabályban előírt feltételek teljesüléséhez szükséges és meghatározott szakképesítéssel rendelkező humánerőforrást szeretnénk biztosítani. A projekt keretében 8 szakmában – egészségügyi gyakorlatvezető, felnőtt intenzív szakápoló, sürgősségi szakápoló, aneszteziológiai szakasszisztens, műtéti szakasszisztens, diabetológiai szakápoló, légzőszervi szakápoló, betegkísérő -, 14 fő szakképzését tervezzük, mely a szakdolgozói létszám 5,5%-a.
