The Borsod-Abaúj-Zemplén County Central Hospital and University Teaching Hospital will submit a tender to implement interventions aimed at the quantitative development of human resources in health care, which will reduce inequalities in access to health services, reduce the number of vacancies in the health sector and improve working conditions and conditions for maintaining the workforce in the healthcare sector, as well as the quality and efficiency of the care provided to the population. In this context, we intend to implement the increase in staff with the following experts: Of nurses next to a sick bed: — Direct category I is required to add 3 persons — In category II, 9 persons are to be added — Direkt III. category requires 3 persons from among other professionals: — Employment of a specialist psychologist (2 persons) is indispensable — Reasonable recruitment of an occupational therapist (1 person) — We plan to recruit a social worker (1 person) — Logopédus is also a shortcoming profession, we plan to recruit 1 person — We plan to recruit 3 persons to the post of a patient attendant. Mandatory non-eligible activities to be carried out on its own: I. Project preparation — Preparation of a professional plan II. Project management (A 3.4.1.1.) According to the technical-professional content of the project and its implementation) III. Horizontal requirements (3.4.1.2) On the basis of the requirements of equal opportunities and environmental protection) The organisation applying for the grant is able and authorised to perform the activities for the purposes of the project on the basis of the constituent act or the organisational and operational rules of the organisation. The organisation applying for funding shall have the professional experience, human resources and infrastructure conditions required to achieve the objectives of the call and an action plan to ensure these. The objectives of the project are in line with the policy environment and the specific objectives set out in the Call. The costs included in the budget plan have been described in detail and are technically justified and necessary to achieve the objectives. The applicant undertakes to employ a project manager and a financial manager for the entire duration of the project, whose working time in the project reaches 10 hours a week and who has an employment relationship with the institution involved in the development, a public servant, a public service relationship, and a higher education qualification and professional experience in accordance with the requirements of the Call for Project Management. The beneficiary shall comply with the environmental and equal opportunities legislation applicable to the project, preserve the protected natural and cultural values in the area affected by the project, and shall terminate the environmental damage existing or resulting from the investment and the non-compliance with the law in terms of equal opportunities at the latest at the time of implementation of the project. In public events, communication and behaviour related to development, the need for support is expressed as a sense of opportunity: it does not mediate segregation, reduces existing prejudices for groups.     A Borsod-Abaúj-Zemplén Megyei Központi Kórház és Egyetemi Oktatókórház pályázatot nyújt be egészségügyi humánerőforrás mennyiségi fejlesztését célzó beavatkozások megvalósítása érdekében, amelyek által csökkenthetőek az egészségügyi szolgáltatásokhoz való hozzáférésben mutatkozó egyenlőtlenségek, csökken az egészségügyben a betöltetlen álláshelyek száma, valamint javulnak az egészségügyben a munkaerő megtartását szolgáló munkakörülmények és feltételek, valamint a lakosság számára nyújtott ellátások minősége és hatékonysága. A projekt célcsoportja A közfinanszírozott egészségügyi intézményeknél/szolgáltatóknál alkalmazott valamint alkalmazni kívánt orvosok, szakorvosok, szakdolgozók, valamint az egészségügyi szakellátáshoz kapcsolódó, közvetlenül a betegellátásban résztvevő egyéb, nem egészségügyi végzettségű szakemberek. A Felhívás 3.1.1. Önállóan támogatható tevékenységek közül 1) Intézményi létszámbővítés pontjának megfelelően újonnan alkalmazni kívánt orvos, rezidens, fogorvos, továbbá gyógyszerész, klinikai szakpszichológus, egészségügyi szakdolgozó, valamint az egészségügyi szakellátáshoz kapcsolódó, közvetlenül a betegellátásban résztvevő egyéb, nem egészségügyi végzettségű szakemberek foglalkoztatását kívánjuk megvalósítani. Ennek keretében az alábbi szakemberekkel kívánjuk megvalósítani a létszámbővítést: Betegágy melletti ápolók közül: - Direkt I. kategóriában 3 fő felvétele szükséges - Direkt II. kategóriában 9 fő felvétele szükséges - Direkt III. kategóriában 3 fő felvétele szükséges Egyéb szakemberek közül: - Szakpszichológus foglalkoztatása (2 fő) nélkülözhetetlen - Foglalkozásterapeuta szakdolgozó (1 fő) felvétele indokolt - Szociális munkás (1 fő) felvételét tervezzük - Logopédus szintén hiányszakma, 1 fő felvételét tervezzük - Betegkísérői munkakörbe 3 fő felvételét tervezzük A Felhívás 3.1.2.1. Kötelezően megvalósítandó, önállóan nem támogatható tevékenységek: I. Projekt előkészítés - Szakmai terv elkészítése II. Projektmenedzsment (A 3.4.1.1. A projekt műszaki-szakmai tartalmával és a megvalósítással kapcsolatos elvárásoknak megfelelően) III. Horizontális követelmények (3.4.1.2. Esélyegyenlőség és környezetvédelmi szempontok érvényesítésével kapcsolatos elvárások alapján) A támogatást igénylő szervezet létesítő okirata, vagy szervezeti és működési szabályzata alapján a projekt céljait szolgáló tevékenységek ellátására alkalmas és felhatalmazott. A támogatást igénylő szervezet rendelkezik a felhívás céljainak eléréséhez szükséges szakmai tapasztalatokkal, humán erőforrásokkal és infrastrukturális feltételekkel. illetve az ezek biztosításához szükséges cselekvési tervvel. A projekt céljai illeszkednek a szakmapolitikai környezethez és a Felhívásban meghatározott konkrét célokhoz. A költségvetési tervben szereplő költségek részletesen bemutatásra kerültek, azok szakmailag alátámasztottak és szükségesek a célok eléréséhez. A támogatást igénylő vállalja, hogy a projekt teljes időtartama alatt projektmenedzsert és pénzügyi vezetőt alkalmaz, akinek munkaideje a projektben eléri a heti 10 órát, és aki a fejlesztésben érintett intézménnyel munkaviszony, közalkalmazotti, közszolgálati jogviszonyban áll, valamint felsőfokú végzettséggel és a feladat ellátásához szükséges a Felhívás Projektmenedzsmenttel szembeni elvárások pontjának megfelelő szakmai tapasztalattal rendelkezik. A kedvezményezett a projektre vonatkozó környezetvédelmi és esélyegyenlőségi jogszabályokat betartja, a projekt által érintett területen a védett természeti és kulturális értékeket megőrzi, a fennálló vagy a beruházás során keletkezett környezeti kárt és az esélyegyenlőség szempontjából jogszabályba ütköző nem-megfelelőséget legkésőbb a projekt megvalósítása során megszünteti. A fejlesztéshez kapcsolódó nyilvános eseményeken, kommunikációjában és viselkedésében a támogatást igénylő esélytudatosságot fejez ki: nem közvetít szegregációt, csökkenti a csoportokra vonatkozó meglévő előítéleteket.
