The raison d’être of human resources development in the Bács-Kiskun County Hospital has long been a problem in providing the right quality and quantity of human resources in certain areas of expertise. This is primarily a problem in direct patient care. A substantial increase in patient flows and a lack of financial means contribute to this. Purpose of the proposal In accordance with the call for proposals: — Territorial equalisation of access to health services, reduction of social opportunities; — Low indicators of human resources assigned to the operation of the hospital. — Improving workers’ chances on the labour market by rapidly restoring their ability to work, preventing and detecting diseases and disabilities at an early stage; — Providing definitive care, i.e. providing completed treatments without further progressive care, increasing the rate of care, increasing patient satisfaction; — Development of health care services adapted to the needs of the population; — The use of specialised specialists in walking and lying patient care to improve the quality of services; — Strengthening professional cooperation (cooperation and coordination) between primary care, outpatient care and specialised active and rehabilitation services through improvements. Facilitate the replacement of more costly patient flows at higher progressivity levels of in-patient care. The elements of the project to be implemented are the use of medical specialists, mainly in areas classified as shortages, with a staff increase. The use of medical specialists in inpatient care, primarily with an increase in numbers. Creation of a stoma therapy mobile team with internal human resources transfer. Ensure human resources for the proper functioning of newly-infrastructured workplaces. A total of 25 people will be involved in jobs classified as shortages, and 5 will be transferred to the stoma therapy mobile team. Financial plan The project is 100 % supported by EFOP-1. We plan to implement it from 10,2-17 call for proposals entitled “Health Human Resources Development”. The total cost of the project is estimated at 149 million HUF. (English)

A pályázat célja A pályázati felhívással összhangban: - Az egészségügyi szolgáltatáshoz való hozzáférés területi kiegyenlítése, a társadalmi esélykülönbségek csökkentése; - A kórház működéséhez rendelt humánerőforrás alacsony mutatói. - A munkavállalók munkaerő-piaci esélyeinek javítása a munkavégző képesség gyors helyreállításával, a betegségek és fogyatékosságok megelőzésével és korai felismerésével; - A definitív ellátás, azaz befejezett, további progresszív ellátást nem igénylő kezelések biztosítása, ellátási arányának növelése, a betegelégedettség emelése; - Az egészségügyi ellátások fejlesztése a lakossági szükségletekhez alkalmazkodva; - A járó és fekvő beteg szakellátásban szakképzett szakemberek alkalmazása a szolgáltatások minőségének javítása; - A fejlesztések révén a szakmai együttműködés (kooperáció és koordináció) erősítése az alapellátás, a járóbeteg szakellátás és az aktív és a rehabilitációs fekvőbeteg szakellátások között. A fekvőbeteg ellátás magasabb progresszivitású szintjén jelentkező költségesebb betegforgalom kiváltásának elősegítése. A megvalósítandó projekt elemei Orvosok-szakorvosok-alkalmazása elsősorban a hiányszakmának minősített szakterületeken létszámbővítéssel. Egészségügyi szakdolgozók alkalmazása a fekvőbeteg ellátásban elsősorban létszámbővítéssel. Sztómaterápiás mobil team létrehozása belső humánerőforrás áthelyezéssel. Az újonnan infrastruktúrálisan fejlesztett munkahelyeken biztosítani a humánerőforrást a megfelelő működéshez. Összesen 25 fő kerül bevonásra a hiányszakmának minősülő munkakörökbe, és 5 fő kerül áthelyezésre a sztómaterápiás mobil teambe. Pénzügyi terv A projektet 100 %-os támogatással, a kiírásra került EFOP-1. 10.2-17 „Egészségügyi humánerőforrás-fejlesztés” című pályázati forrásból tervezzük megvalósítani. A projekt teljes bekerülési költségét 149 millió forintra becsüljük. (Hungarian)
