During the project, the Csongrád County Health Care Center Hódmezővásárhely — Makó Institute implements significant human resources development in connection with 11 fields of expertise, involving 4 doctors and 25 nurses, in order to ensure the effective functioning of the health care system and to ensure its uniformly high professional standards, with employment in new jobs within the institution. The central location of the Hódmezővásárhely member hospital is located in the centre of Hódmezővásárhely. The number of beds financed by the institution is 620, the Hódmezővásárhely Member Hospital operates with 362 beds and is responsible for the safe care of 55,871 inhabitants. The institution unit provides active and chronic inpatient care and outpatient specialisation at regional and county level. Its area of operation is mainly concentrated in Hódmezővásárhely and its surroundings, but sometimes extends to the whole county. The member hospital in Makó and the surrounding 16 settlements serves the outpatient and inpatient care of the 45 thousand inhabitants. In the case of psychiatry, the supply area also extends to other settlements, representing a population of about 105 000. The Member Hospital is currently active and has 147 chronic funded beds. Objectives of the project: — The provision of constantly evolving health services, the improvement of quality and efficiency of care, resulting in a healthier local society. — Provide the necessary human resources for the efficient functioning of the healthcare system in the long term. — ensuring medical and professional capacities — Ensuring homogeneity and uniformly high professional standards of healthcare. — improving working conditions and conditions for retaining the workforce. — Increase the quality and efficiency of the provision of services to the general public. — to reduce territorial inequalities in health, to improve accessibility. — Increasing patient satisfaction. The direct objective of the project is to ensure the uniformly high professional quality of the human resources of the Csongrád County Health Care Center Hódmezővásárhely — Makó Institute, to reduce the proportion of jobs classified as shortages, to increase patient safety and to comply with the minimum conditions of human resources required by law. Target group of the project: Doctors, specialists, practitioners and patients receiving treatment who are employed in the institution, who are able to receive more effective treatment of higher professional standards. Professional content of the project: During the project we implement employment in a new position within the institution in connection with 11 specialisations, 4 doctors and 25 nurses. 1 person in the emergency department, 1 person in the children’s department, 2 doctors in internal medicine will be employed in new jobs, of which in the children’s department (60/2003. (X.20.) ESzCsM Decree) and in the Emergency Department (notice of the Minister of State for Health, István Ónodi-Szűcs, 27 October 2016). There are 2 persons in the paediatric class, 6 persons in internal medicine, 1 person in the nursing department, 1 person in the neurology department, 4 persons in the locomotor rehabilitation department, 5 persons in the internal chronic class, 2 in surgery, 1 in the psychiatric department and 1 person in the one-day surgical department in a new job. IN ACCORDANCE WITH ARTICLE 60/2003. According to the ESzCsM Decree (X.20.) the jobs in the nursing department, the locomotor rehabilitation department, the chronic internal medicine department and the one-day surgical department are positions classified as shortages of the above. 12 jobs classified as shortages will be filled by employment in the new job, and the proportion of vacancies classified as institutional shortages is reduced by 25.26 %. Project results: As a result of the project, in 11 areas of expertise, 4 doctors and 25 nursing institutions will be employed in new jobs. 12 jobs classified as shortage professions will be filled, and the proportion of vacancies qualified as institutional shortages is reduced by 25.26 %.     A Projekt során a Csongrád Megyei Egészségügyi Ellátó Központ Hódmezővásárhely – Makó intézmény az egészségügyi ellátórendszer hatékony működéséhez szükséges humánerőforrás és az egységesen magas szakmai színvonalának biztosítása érdekében jelentős humánerőforrás fejlesztést hajt végre a 11 szakterülethez kapcsolódóan, 4 orvos és 25 ápoló bevonásával intézményen belül új munkakörben történő foglalkoztatással. A pályázó bemutatása: A hódmezővásárhelyi Erzsébet Kórház-Rendelőintézet és a makói Dr. Diósszilágyi Sámuel Kórház-Rendelőintézet integrációjával 2013. február elsejével jött létre a CSMEK Hódmezővásárhely – Makó intézmény. A hódmezővásárhelyi tagkórház központi telephelye Hódmezővásárhely központjában található. Az intézmény finanszírozott ágyainak száma 620, A hódmezővásárhelyi tagkórház 362 ággyal működik és 55.871 lakos biztonságos ellátásáért tartozik felelősséggel. Az intézmény egység aktív- és krónikus fekvőbeteg-ellátást nyújt, és járóbeteg szakellátást biztosít, térségi és megyei szinten. Működési területe elsősorban Hódmezővásárhely és környékére koncentrálódik, de esetenként az egész megyére kiterjed. A makói tagkórház Makó és a környező 16 település 45 ezres lakosságának járó- és fekvőbeteg ellátását szolgálja. Pszichiátria esetében az ellátási terület további településekre is kiterjed, mely mintegy 105 ezres lakosságot jelent. A Tagkórház jelenleg 111 aktív, és 147 krónikus finanszírozott ággyal működik. A projekt céljai: - Folyamatosan fejlődő egészségügyi szolgáltatások nyújtása, az ellátás minőségi és hatékonysági fejlesztése, amely egy egészségesebb helyi társadalmat eredményez. - Hosszú távon az egészségügyi ellátórendszer hatékony működéséhez szükséges humánerőforrás biztosítása. - az orvosi, szakdolgozói kapacitások biztosítása - Az egészségügyi ellátás homogenitásának és egységesen magas szakmai színvonalának biztosítása. - a munkaerő megtartását szolgáló munkakörülmények és feltételek javítása. - A lakosság számára nyújtott ellátások minőségének és hatékonyságának növelése. - az egészségügyben megfigyelhető területi egyenlőtlenségek csökkentése, az elérhetőség javítása érdekében. - A betegek elégedettségének növelése. A projekt közvetlen célja Csongrád Megyei Egészségügyi Ellátó Központ Hódmezővásárhely – Makó intézmény humán erőforrása egységesen magas szakmai színvonalának biztosítása, hiányszakmának minősülő munkakörök arányának csökkenése, a betegbiztonság növelése, a jogszabályban előírt humánerőforrás minimumfeltételeknek történő megfelelés. A projekt célcsoportja: Az intézménynél alkalmazott orvosok, szakorvosok, szakdolgozók, valamint az ellátásban részesülő betegek, akik hatékonyabb, magasabb szakmai színvonalú ellátásban részesülhetnek. A projekt szakmai tartalma: A projekt során intézményen belül új munkakörben történő foglalkoztatást valósítunk meg 11 szakterülethez kapcsolódóan, 4 orvos és 25 ápoló esetében. A sürgősségi osztályon 1 fő, a gyermekosztályon 1 fő, a belgyógyászaton 2 fő orvos új munkakörben történő foglalkoztatására kerül sor, melyből a gyermekosztályon (60/2003. (X.20.) ESzCsM rendelet alapján) és a sürgősségi osztályon (Dr. Ónodi-Szűcs István egészségügyért felelős államtitkár 2016. október 27. hirdetménye) lévő munkakör hiányszakma. A gyermekosztályon 2 fő, a belgyógyászaton 6 fő, az ápolási osztályon 1 fő, a neurológiai osztályon 1 fő, a mozgásszervi rehabilitációs osztályon 4 fő, a belgyógyászati krónikus osztályon 5 fő, a sebészeten 2 fő, a reumatológiai osztályon 1 fő a pszichiátriai osztályon 2 fő és az egynapos sebészeti osztályon 1 fő ápoló új munkakörben történő foglalkoztatására kerül sor. A 60/2003. (X.20.) ESzCsM rendelet alapján a fentiek közül hiányszakmának minősülő munkakör az ápolási osztályon, a mozgásszervi rehabilitációs osztályon, a belgyógyászati krónikus osztályon és az egynapos sebészeti osztályon betöltött munkakörök. Az új munkakörben történő foglalkoztatást által 12 hiányszakmának minősüló munkakör kerül betöltésre, a betöltetlen intézményi hiányszakmának minősülő munkakörök arányát 25,26%-kal csökkentjük. A projekt eredményei: A projekt eredményeként 11 szakterülethez kapcsolódóan, 4 orvos és 25 ápoló intézményen belül új munkakörben történő foglalkoztatása valósul meg. 12 hiányszakmának minősülő munkakör kerül betöltésre, a betöltetlen intézményi hiányszakmának minősülő munkakörök arányát 25,26%-kal csökkentjük. A projekt várható hatásai: - javul a lakosság számára nyújtott ellátások minősége, - az egészségügyi ellátórendszer hatékonysága nő - az egészségügyi ellátás szakmai színvonala emelkedik - nő a közszolgáltatásokban jelentkező hiányszakmákban dolgozók száma. - az orvosok és a szakdolgozók motivációja megnő, elősegíti az orvosok, ápolók ágazatban tartását - az egészségügy területi egyenlőtlenségei csökkennek - a lakosság egészségügyi mutatói javulnak, ezáltal a munkaerő-piaci helyzete javul - a lakosság elégedettsége, a térség lakosságmegtartó ereje megnő (Hungarian)
