During our application, we will hold small group sessions, workshops and events in the following three areas of activity. The aim of our project is to prepare young people and young parents for family life, to strengthen their competences in conflict management, living, life management and crisis management. At the same time, we consider it important to develop knowledge and competences regarding the reconciliation of work and family, as well as to increase the number of parents and prospective parents with up-to-date knowledge of child-raising. — Child-raising and care activities, Small group occupations, 20 times involving 7 people on occasion: This topic is concentrated on the prevention of issues and problems arising during child education. Elimination of infections (salmonella, external wound care), Accident prevention, assistance, baby care — protective woman, Healthy child — healthy adult, protection of our sensory organs (hearing, seeing, sunbathing hazards), Healthy lifestyle, Smoking, Avoiding alcohol, Dangerous Drugs, Healthy Nutrition, Vegetables, Importance of Fruits in our Nutrition (avoiding chemicals, organic farming) and familiarisation with special vegetables, Parent — Child Relationship (hearing, Confidence, Unconditional Help).- — Workshop 8 times with the involvement of 15 people: We also implement the topics in these worksops by educating children and their information. Information on cervical cancer and breast cancer for girls, parents, Healthy nutrition, Dangers of the drug, Tobacco, avoiding alcohol, Vegetables and fruits in our diet (avoiding chemicals, organic farming) and getting acquainted with special vegetables, filling in Health-toto. — Programmes to help families in specific or difficult situations, small group occupation 15 times involving 7 people on occasion: Narratives of children with disabilities, positive and negative effects on them — psychological support, difficulties for children in the Csonka family (e.g.: visiting, unequal values, financial difficulties), chronically ill children (flour sensitive, diabetic, asthma etc.) and healthy children: How to help my sick partner? Appreciation and acceptance of elderly people living within your family (Móra Ferenc: Analysis of Grandpa’s story), everyday integration difficulties and successes of children forged into a family (group discussion; “How does it take place with us?”), The foster parent’s expectations for the child, integration, values.- — Family community building programs Workshop 8 times with the participation of 15 people: In this activity, we consider it important to build, improve and cooperate with family communities, therefore programmes are implemented in which several generations work together. Crafts for children and adults, Family budget at one time and today (costs) invite great-grandparents to the conversation, One-time school life, visiting school museum (3 generations talking to each other: parent, grandparent, child),Retro games (3 generations), Family Environmental Day (completing ÖKO-Totó) — Event 3 times with the involvement of 45 people. Also, the development of intergenerational cooperation is the main goal of strengthening the family as a unit.     Pályázatunk során az alábbi három tevékenységkörben fogunk kiscsoportos foglalkozásokat, workshopokat, rendezvényeket tartani. A megvalósítani kívánt projektünk célja az, hogy a családalapítás előtt álló fiatalokat és fiatal szülőket felkészítésük a családi életre, a konfliktuskezelési, életviteli, életvezetési és válságkezelési kompetenciáikat erősítsük. Mindemellett fontosnak tartjuk, hogy munka és a család összeegyeztethetőségével kapcsolatos ismereteket és kompetenciákat is fejlesszük, valamint a gyermekneveléssel kapcsolatos korszerű ismeretekkel rendelkező szülők és leendő szülők számának növelése. - Gyermeknevelés, - gondozás tevékenység, Kiscsoportos foglalkozás, 20 alkalommal alkalmanként 7 fő bevonásával: A gyermek nevelés során felmerülő kérdések, problémák megelőzésére koncentrálódik e témakör. Első – fiatal – gyermekes szülőknél, de akár több – tapasztaltabb – gyermekes szülőknél is előfordulhat olyan élethelyzet, mikor tanácsra, útmutatásra van szükségük, hogy kezeljenek, vagy éppen megelőzzenek egyes állapotokat. Fertőzések kiküszöbölése (szalmonella, külső sebek ellátása), Baleset megelőzés, segítségnyújtás, Csecsemőgondozás – védőnő, Egészséges gyermek – egészséges felnőtt, Érzékszerveink védelme (hallás, látás, napozás veszélyei), Egészségtudatos életmód, Dohányzás, alkohol fogyasztás elkerülése, A drog veszélyei, Egészséges táplálkozás, Zöldségek, gyümölcsök fontossága a táplálkozásunkban (vegyszerek elkerülése, biogazdálkodás) és különleges zöldségekkel való megismerkedés, Szülő – gyermek kapcsolat (szófogadás, bizalom, feltétel nélküli segítség).- - Workshop 8 alkalommal alkalmanként 15 fő bevonásával: Szintén a gyermekek nevelésével, valamint az ő tájékoztatásuknak megfelelő témaköröket valósítunk meg ezeken a worksopokban. Méhnyakrák elleni, emlőrák elleni tájékoztató lányoknak, szülőknek, Egészséges táplálkozás, A drog veszélyei, Dohányzás, alkoholfogyasztás elkerülése, Zöldségek, gyümölcsök fontossága a táplálkozásunkban (vegyszerek elkerülése, biogazdálkodás) és különleges zöldségekkel való megismerkedés, Egészség-totó kitöltése. - Sajátos vagy nehéz helyzetben lévő családokat segítő programok, Kiscsoportos foglalkozás 15 alkalommal alkalmanként 7 fő bevonásával: A fogyatékkal élő gyermekek elbeszélései, az őket ért pozitív és negatív hatásokról – lelki segítségnyújtás, Csonka családban élő gyerekek nehézségei (pl.: láthatás, nem egyenlő értékrend, anyagi nehézségek), Krónikusan beteg gyermekek (liszt érzékeny, cukorbeteg, asztmás stb.) és egészséges gyerekek beszélgetése: Hogyan segítsek beteg társamon?, Családon belül élő idős emberek megbecsülése, elfogadása (Móra Ferenc: Nagyapó c. meséjének elemzése), Egy családdá kovácsolódott gyerekek mindennapos beilleszkedési nehézségei, sikerei (csoportos beszélgetés; „Hogy zajlik nálunk?” tapasztalatcsere), A nevelőszülő elvárásai a gyermekkel szemben, beilleszkedés, értékrend.- - Családi közösségépítő programok Workshop 8 alkalommal alkalmanként 15 fő bevonásával: E tevékenységkörben fontosnak tartjuk a családi közösségek építését, javítás, együttműködését, ezért olyan programok valósulnak meg, melyben több generáció működik együtt. Kézműves foglalkozások kicsiknek és nagyoknak, Családi költségvetés egykor és ma (pénzbeosztás) dédszülők meghívása a beszélgetésre, Egykori iskolai élet , iskolamúzeum megtekintése (3 generáció beszélget egymással: szülő, nagyszülő, gyerek),Retro játékok (3 generáció), Családi környezetvédelmi nap (ÖKO-TOTÓ kitöltése) - Rendezvény 3 alkalommal alkalmanként 45 fő bevonásával Szintén a generációk közötti együttműködés fejlesztés a fő cél, a család, mint egység erősítése. Főbb témakörök: Családi sportnap (szülő – pedagógus meccs, családi-baráti csapatok akadályversenye, óvodások bevonása a versenybe), Családi egészségnap – kiskertben növényfelismerés, A család fontossága a társadalomban (előadás: N.H.M.), Alkotó pályázat kiírása a gyerekeknek (tetszőleges technikával „A gyermek kötelességei a családban” témában (pl.: montázs, rajz, szobor, festmény, stb.)
