Ključni del projekta predstavlja vzpostavitev integriranih centrov za krepitev zdravja (CKZ) kot samostojnih enot v zdravstvenih domovih. CKZ so ključne organizacijske strukture na primarni ravni zdravstvenega varstva za zagotavljanje izvajanja zdravstvenovzgojnih obravnav ter aktivnosti krepitve zdravja in zmanjševanje neenakosti v zdravju pri prebivalcih vseh populacijskih skupin v lokalnih skupnosti. A key part of the project is the establishment of integrated health promotion centres (CKZ) as independent units in health centres. CCCs are key organisational structures at the primary level of healthcare to ensure the implementation of health education treatments, health promotion activities and reduction of health inequalities among residents of all population groups in local communities. L’un des éléments clés du projet est la création de centres intégrés de promotion de la santé (CKZ) en tant qu’unités indépendantes dans les centres de santé. Les CCC sont des structures organisationnelles essentielles au niveau primaire des soins de santé pour assurer la mise en œuvre de traitements d’éducation à la santé, d’activités de promotion de la santé et de réduction des inégalités en matière de santé parmi les résidents de tous les groupes de population des communautés locales. CCC sind wichtige Organisationsstrukturen auf der primären Ebene der Gesundheitsversorgung, um die Durchführung von Gesundheitserziehungsbehandlungen, Maßnahmen zur Gesundheitsförderung und die Verringerung der gesundheitlichen Ungleichheiten zwischen den Bewohnern aller Bevölkerungsgruppen in lokalen Gemeinschaften sicherzustellen.
