Zavod RAZVOJ Maribor, z enoto v Martjancih, bo v sodelovanju z Občino Moravske Toplice, pristopil še k izvedbi novega tradicionalnega (vsakoletnega) Zvitorepčevega festivala, ter večjega števila drugih pred in po festivalskih dogodkov s področja kulture, kot tudi s področja drugih spremljevalnih programov (šport, kulinarika, ekološko kmetovanje, etno običaji, literatura, film, animirani film…). Programi usposabljanja so namenjeni ciljni skupini brezposelnih oseb, za njihovo usposobitev za samostojno in skupinsko delo na področju razvoja novih idej in programov ter same organizacije in izvedbe različnih dogodkov s področja kulture, katerih vsebine bodo prispevale k večji usposobljenosti osmih (8) brezposelnih oseb ter njihovi večji zaposljivosti za delo na področju kulture oz. pri vsakoletni organizaciji in izvedbi različnih načrtovanih aktivnostih, še posebej pri delu z osebami najbolj ranljivih skupin. In cooperation with the Municipality of Moravske Toplice, the Maribor Institute for Development, with a unit in Martjanci, will also take part in the implementation of the new traditional (every year) Zvitorepčev festival, as well as a number of others before and after festival events in the field of culture, as well as other accompanying programmes (sports, cuisine, organic farming, ethno customs, literature, film, animated film, etc.). Training programmes are aimed at the target group of unemployed persons, their training for independent and collective work in the field of development of new ideas and programmes, as well as the organisation and implementation of various cultural events, the contents of which will contribute to the increased competence of eight (8) unemployed persons and their employability for work in the field of culture or in the organisation and implementation of various planned activities, especially when working with people of the most vulnerable groups. En coopération avec la municipalité de Moravske Toplice, l’Institut Maribor pour le Développement, avec une unité à Martjanci, participera également à la mise en œuvre du nouveau festival traditionnel (chaque année) Zvitorepčev, ainsi qu’un certain nombre d’autres événements avant et après le festival dans le domaine de la culture, ainsi que d’autres programmes d’accompagnement (sports, cuisine, agriculture biologique, coutumes ethno, littérature, film d’animation, etc.). Les programmes de formation s’adressent au groupe cible des chômeurs, à leur formation au travail indépendant et collectif dans le domaine du développement d’idées et de programmes nouveaux, ainsi qu’à l’organisation et à la mise en œuvre de diverses manifestations culturelles, dont le contenu contribuera à l’accroissement des compétences de huit (8) chômeurs et à leur capacité d’insertion professionnelle dans le domaine de la culture ou dans l’organisation et la mise en œuvre de diverses activités prévues, en particulier lorsqu’elles travaillent avec des personnes appartenant aux groupes les plus vulnérables. In Zusammenarbeit mit der Gemeinde Moravske Toplice wird das Maribor-Institut für Entwicklung mit einer Einheit in Martjanci auch an der Umsetzung des neuen traditionellen (jedes Jahres) Zvitorepčev Festivals sowie einer Reihe anderer vor und nach Festivalveranstaltungen im Kulturbereich sowie anderer Begleitprogramme (Sport, Küche, Bio-Landwirtschaft, Ethno-Gebräuche, Literatur, Film, Animationsfilm usw.) teilnehmen. Die Ausbildungsprogramme richten sich an die Zielgruppe der Arbeitslosen, ihre Ausbildung zur selbständigen und kollektiven Arbeit im Bereich der Entwicklung neuer Ideen und Programme sowie die Organisation und Durchführung verschiedener kultureller Veranstaltungen, deren Inhalt zu einer größeren Kompetenz von acht (8) Arbeitslosen und ihrer Beschäftigungsfähigkeit für die Arbeit im Kulturbereich oder zur Organisation und Durchführung verschiedener geplanter Aktivitäten beitragen wird, insbesondere bei der Arbeit mit den am stärksten gefährdeten Gruppen. In samenwerking met de gemeente Moravske Toplice zal het Maribor Institute for Development, met een eenheid in Martjanci, ook deelnemen aan de uitvoering van het nieuwe traditionele (elk jaar) Zvitorepčev festival, evenals een aantal andere voor en na festivalevenementen op het gebied van cultuur, evenals andere begeleidende programma’s (sport, keuken, biologische landbouw, etno gewoonten, literatuur, film, animatiefilm, enz.). Opleidingsprogramma’s zijn gericht op de doelgroep van werklozen, hun opleiding voor zelfstandig en collectief werk op het gebied van de ontwikkeling van nieuwe ideeën en programma’s, alsmede de organisatie en uitvoering van verschillende culturele evenementen, waarvan de inhoud zal bijdragen tot de vergroting van de competentie van acht (8) werklozen en hun inzetbaarheid op het werk op het gebied van cultuur of in de organisatie en uitvoering van verschillende geplande activiteiten, met name wanneer zij werken met mensen van de meest kwetsbare groepen. In collaborazione con il Comune di Moravske Toplice, l'Istituto Maribor per lo Sviluppo, con un'unità a Martjanci, parteciperà anche all'attuazione del nuovo festival tradizionale (ogni anno) di Zvitorepčev, nonché di un certo numero di altri eventi prima e dopo il festival nel campo della cultura, nonché di altri programmi di accompagnamento (sport, cucina, agricoltura biologica, costumi etno, letteratura, film, film d'animazione, ecc.). I programmi di formazione sono rivolti al gruppo di destinatari dei disoccupati, alla loro formazione per il lavoro indipendente e collettivo nel campo dello sviluppo di nuove idee e programmi, nonché all'organizzazione e all'attuazione di vari eventi culturali, i cui contenuti contribuiranno all'accresciuta competenza di otto (8) disoccupati e alla loro occupabilità per il lavoro nel campo della cultura o nell'organizzazione e realizzazione di varie attività programmate, in particolare quando lavorano con le persone dei gruppi più vulnerabili.
