Operacija raziskuje stare poklice in obrti, identificira tiste katerim npr. grozi izumrtje, imajo pa tržni in podjetniški potencial ter ohranjanje in oživljanje le-teh s prenosom znanja med generacijami - mlade iz urbanih območij in njihove okolice seznaniti in spodbuditi glede obuditve starih poklicev in obrti kot priložnosti za ustvarjanje novih delovnih mest. L’opération explore d’anciens métiers et métiers, en identifiant les personnes menacées d’extinction, mais elles ont un potentiel de marché et d’esprit d’entreprise, tout en les maintenant et en les revitalisant par le transfert de connaissances d’une génération à l’autre, afin d’informer et d’encourager les jeunes des zones urbaines et de leur environnement sur la revitalisation des anciennes professions et de l’artisanat en tant qu’occasions de créer de nouveaux emplois. In het kader van de operatie worden oude beroepen en ambachten onderzocht, waarbij wordt nagegaan wie met uitsterven bedreigd wordt, maar zij beschikken over een markt- en ondernemingspotentieel, en worden ze behouden en nieuw leven ingeblazen door middel van de overdracht van kennis tussen generaties — om jongeren uit stedelijke gebieden en hun omgeving te informeren en aan te moedigen om oude beroepen en ambachten nieuw leven in te blazen als kansen om nieuwe banen te creëren.
