Проектно предложение има за цел осигуряване на добри и безопасни условия на труд, ефективни и гъвкави форми на организация на труд и управление на човешките ресурси в предприятието-кандидат. Основните дейности по проекта включват: Организация и управление на проекта; Дейност по информиране и публичност; Разработване, адаптиране и въвеждане на система за развитие на човешките ресурси в предприятието-кандидат, вкл. възможности за гъвкави форми на заетост с цел оптимизация на работните процеси, с акцент върху практиките за по-лесното съвместяване на професионалния, семейния и личния живот, удължаване трудовия живот на по-възрастните работници и служители. Въвеждане на иновативни модели за организация на труд, насочени към повишаване на производителността и опазване на околната среда; внедряване и придобиване на стандарт за безопасни условия на труд. Осигуряване на безопасни и здравословни условия на труд, подобряване професионалния и здравния статус на работещите чрез инвестиции в доставка на отоплителна система на твърдо гориво за регулиране на нормалните температурни стойности, доставка на колонни климатици и обзавеждане и оборудване, реконструкция на покривна конструкция на основно работно помещение, ремонт на баня, тоалетна и помещение за хранене, закупуване на ЛПС и специално работно облекло; обучение на работниците и служители относно специфичните рискове за здравето, свързани с индивидуалното работно място и методите и средствата за тяхното ограничаване и предотвратяване, и обучение на служители и работници за безопасна работа с нововъведеното по проекта работно оборудване. Целите и дейностите, които са заложени в проектното предложение целят постигането на следните резултати: въвеждане на иновативни модели за организация на труда, повишаване на производителността и опазване на околната среда. Project proposal aims at ensuring good and safe working conditions, effective and flexible forms of work organisation and human resources management in the applicant enterprise. The main activities of the project include: Organisation and management of the project; Information and publicity activity; Development, adaptation and introduction of a system for the development of human resources in the applicant enterprise, including possibilities for flexible forms of employment in order to optimise work processes, with a focus on practices for easier reconciliation of work, family and private life, extension of working life of older workers. Introduction of innovative work organisation models aimed at increasing productivity and protecting the environment; implementation and acquisition of a standard for occupational safety. Ensuring safe and healthy working conditions, improving the professional and health status of workers through investments in the supply of solid fuel heating system to regulate normal temperature values, supply of column air conditioners and furniture and equipment, reconstruction of roof structure of main work room, repair of bathroom, toilet and dining room, purchase of PPE and special workwear; training of workers on the specific health risks associated with the individual workplace and the methods and means of limiting and preventing them, and training employees and workers in safe handling of newly introduced work equipment. The objectives and activities set out in the project proposal aim to achieve the following results: introduction of innovative models for work organisation, increased productivity and environmental protection. La proposition de projet vise à garantir des conditions de travail saines et sûres, des formes efficaces et flexibles d’organisation du travail et de gestion des ressources humaines dans l’entreprise candidate. Les principales activités du projet sont les suivantes: Organisation et gestion du projet; Activités d’information et de publicité; Le développement, l’adaptation et l’introduction d’un système de développement des ressources humaines dans l’entreprise candidate, comprenant des possibilités de formes d’emploi flexibles afin d’optimiser les processus de travail, en mettant l’accent sur les pratiques visant à faciliter la conciliation du travail, de la vie familiale et de la vie privée, ainsi que l’extension de la vie professionnelle des travailleurs âgés. Introduction de modèles innovants d’organisation du travail visant à accroître la productivité et à protéger l’environnement; mise en œuvre et acquisition d’une norme de sécurité au travail. Garantir des conditions de travail sûres et saines, améliorer le statut professionnel et sanitaire des travailleurs par des investissements dans la fourniture d’un système de chauffage à combustibles solides afin de réguler les valeurs normales de température, la fourniture de climatiseurs à colonnes et de meubles et d’équipements, la reconstruction de la structure du toit de la salle de travail principale, la réparation des salles de bains, des toilettes et des salles à manger, l’achat d’EPI et de vêtements de travail spéciaux; formation des travailleurs aux risques spécifiques pour la santé associés à chaque lieu de travail et aux méthodes et moyens de les limiter et de les prévenir, et de former les employés et les travailleurs à la manipulation sûre des équipements de travail nouvellement introduits. Les objectifs et activités énoncés dans la proposition de projet visent à obtenir les résultats suivants: introduction de modèles novateurs d’organisation du travail, d’amélioration de la productivité et de protection de l’environnement. Mit dem Projektvorschlag sollen gute und sichere Arbeitsbedingungen, wirksame und flexible Formen der Arbeitsorganisation und Personalverwaltung im antragstellenden Unternehmen gewährleistet werden. Zu den Hauptaktivitäten des Projekts zählen: Organisation und Verwaltung des Projekts; Informations- und Publizitätsaktivitäten; Entwicklung, Anpassung und Einführung eines Systems zur Entwicklung der Humanressourcen im antragstellenden Unternehmen, einschließlich der Möglichkeiten für flexible Beschäftigungsformen zur Optimierung der Arbeitsabläufe, wobei der Schwerpunkt auf Verfahren zur leichteren Vereinbarkeit von Beruf, Familie und Privatleben, Verlängerung des Arbeitslebens älterer Arbeitnehmer liegt. Einführung innovativer Arbeitsorganisationsmodelle zur Steigerung der Produktivität und zum Schutz der Umwelt; Umsetzung und Erwerb eines Standards für Arbeitssicherheit. Gewährleistung sicherer und gesunder Arbeitsbedingungen, Verbesserung des Berufs- und Gesundheitsstatus der Arbeitnehmer durch Investitionen in die Lieferung von Festbrennstoffheizungen zur Regelung der normalen Temperatur, Lieferung von Säulenklimageräten und Möbeln und Ausrüstungen, Rekonstruktion der Dachstruktur des Hauptarbeitsraums, Reparatur von Badezimmern, Toiletten und Esszimmer, Kauf von PSA und speziellen Arbeitskleidung; Ausbildung der Arbeitnehmer zu den spezifischen Gesundheitsrisiken im Zusammenhang mit dem jeweiligen Arbeitsplatz und zu den Methoden und Mitteln, um sie zu begrenzen und zu verhindern, sowie die Ausbildung von Arbeitnehmern und Arbeitnehmern im sicheren Umgang mit neu eingeführten Arbeitsmitteln. Die im Projektvorschlag festgelegten Ziele und Tätigkeiten zielen darauf ab, folgende Ergebnisse zu erzielen: Einführung innovativer Modelle für Arbeitsorganisation, höhere Produktivität und Umweltschutz. Projectvoorstel is gericht op het waarborgen van goede en veilige arbeidsomstandigheden, doeltreffende en flexibele vormen van werkorganisatie en personeelsbeheer in de aanvragende onderneming. De belangrijkste activiteiten van het project zijn: Organisatie en beheer van het project; Voorlichtings- en publiciteitsactiviteit; Ontwikkeling, aanpassing en invoering van een systeem voor de ontwikkeling van het menselijk potentieel in de aanvragende onderneming, met inbegrip van mogelijkheden voor flexibele vormen van werk om werkprocessen te optimaliseren, met de nadruk op praktijken voor een gemakkelijkere combinatie van werk, gezin en privéleven, verlenging van het beroepsleven van oudere werknemers. Invoering van innovatieve arbeidsorganisatiemodellen om de productiviteit te verhogen en het milieu te beschermen; invoering en verwerving van een norm voor veiligheid op het werk. Het waarborgen van veilige en gezonde arbeidsomstandigheden, het verbeteren van de professionele en gezondheidsstatus van werknemers door investeringen in de levering van verwarmingssystemen voor vaste brandstoffen om de normale temperatuurwaarden te regelen, levering van kolomairconditioners en meubilair en uitrusting, wederopbouw van de dakstructuur van de hoofdwerkkamer, reparatie van badkamer, toilet en eetkamer, aankoop van PBM en speciale werkkleding; opleiding van werknemers over de specifieke gezondheidsrisico’s die verbonden zijn aan de individuele werkplek en de methoden en middelen om deze te beperken en te voorkomen, en opleiding van werknemers en werknemers in het veilig omgaan met nieuw geïntroduceerde arbeidsmiddelen. De doelstellingen en activiteiten van het projectvoorstel hebben tot doel de volgende resultaten te bereiken: invoering van innovatieve modellen voor arbeidsorganisatie, verhoging van de productiviteit en milieubescherming. La proposta di progetto mira a garantire condizioni di lavoro buone e sicure, forme efficaci e flessibili di organizzazione del lavoro e gestione delle risorse umane nell'impresa richiedente. Le principali attività del progetto comprendono: Organizzazione e gestione del progetto; Attività di informazione e pubblicità; Sviluppo, adattamento e introduzione di un sistema per lo sviluppo delle risorse umane nell'impresa richiedente, comprese le possibilità di forme flessibili di occupazione al fine di ottimizzare i processi di lavoro, con particolare attenzione alle pratiche volte a conciliare più facilmente lavoro, vita familiare e privata, prolungare la vita lavorativa dei lavoratori anziani. Introduzione di modelli innovativi di organizzazione del lavoro volti ad aumentare la produttività e a proteggere l'ambiente; attuazione e acquisizione di una norma per la sicurezza sul lavoro. Garantire condizioni di lavoro sicure e sane, migliorare lo stato professionale e sanitario dei lavoratori mediante investimenti nella fornitura di un sistema di riscaldamento a combustibile solido per regolare i valori di temperatura normali, fornitura di condizionatori d'aria a colonna e mobili e attrezzature, ricostruzione della struttura del tetto della sala di lavoro principale, riparazione di bagni, servizi igienici e sala da pranzo, acquisto di DPI e indumenti da lavoro speciali; formazione dei lavoratori sui rischi specifici per la salute associati al singolo luogo di lavoro e sui metodi e mezzi per limitarli e prevenirli, e formazione dei dipendenti e dei lavoratori nella manipolazione sicura delle attrezzature di lavoro di nuova introduzione. Gli obiettivi e le attività indicati nella proposta di progetto mirano a conseguire i seguenti risultati: introduzione di modelli innovativi per l'organizzazione del lavoro, una maggiore produttività e la tutela dell'ambiente. Las principales actividades del proyecto incluyen: Organización y gestión del proyecto; Actividades de información y publicidad; Desarrollo, adaptación e introducción de un sistema de desarrollo de los recursos humanos en la empresa solicitante, incluidas las posibilidades de formas flexibles de empleo con el fin de optimizar los procesos de trabajo, centrándose en las prácticas para facilitar la conciliación del trabajo, la vida familiar y la vida privada y la prolongación de la vida laboral de los trabajadores de más edad. Introducción de modelos innovadores de organización del trabajo destinados a aumentar la productividad y proteger el medio ambiente; aplicación y adquisición de una norma de seguridad en el trabajo. Garantizar unas condiciones de trabajo seguras y saludables, mejorar la situación profesional y sanitaria de los trabajadores mediante inversiones en el suministro de sistemas de calefacción de combustible sólido para regular los valores normales de temperatura, el suministro de aire acondicionado de columnas y muebles y equipos, la reconstrucción de la estructura del techo de la sala de trabajo principal, la reparación de cuartos de baño, inodoros y comedores, la compra de EPI y ropa de trabajo especial; formación de los trabajadores sobre los riesgos específicos para la salud asociados a cada lugar de trabajo y sobre los métodos y medios para limitarlos y prevenirlos, así como sobre la formación de los empleados y los trabajadores en la manipulación segura de los equipos de trabajo recién introducidos. Los objetivos y actividades establecidos en la propuesta de proyecto tienen por objeto lograr los siguientes resultados: introducción de modelos innovadores para la organización del trabajo, aumento de la productividad y protección del medio ambiente.
