Последиците от кризата от началото на 21 век рефлектираха болезнено върху младите хора, като ги изправиха пред нови предизвикателства - увеличаване на риска от отпадане от училище, дългосрочна безработица, маргинализация и социално изключване. Все повече младежи не са ангажирани в образование, заетост и обучение. Проблемите, които те срещат при опит да навлязат на пазара на труда често водят до обезсърчаване, загуба на квалификация и други явления с негативно влияние върху отделната личност и цялото общество. Работодатели от община Суворово, съвместно с местната администрация идентифицират с настоящия проект активиращи механизми с цел социалното включване и устойчиво поведение на пазара на труда на млади хора до 29 години от общината и така отговарят на основната цел на програмата за активиране и интеграция в заетост на тези младежи. Проектът "Бизнес и местна власт - ЗАЕДНО за активиране на безработни младежи за професионална квалификация и заетост" ще проучи неактивните младежи, ще ги идентифицира и профилира, ще осъществи контакт с тях и основните местни заинтересовани лица, за да прецизира мерките за активиране, ще проведе информационна кампания (трудова борса "НОВА РАБОТА ЗА ТЕБ" с възможност за осъществяване на реален контакт на младежите с работодатели от общината и представяне на работодателите, изработване на филм и Наръчник "НОВА РАБОТА ЗА МЕН"), която ще популяризира ползите от въвличането на неактивните младежи в обучение и заетост. Провеждане на мотивационно и професионално обучение за тях ще подобри уменията за търсене на работа, представяне пред работодател и адаптивността на идентифицираните младежи на пазара на труда. Вече преминали през обученията и трудовата борса, 45 неактивни лица ще бъдат наети на субсидирана заетост за период от 6 месеца при следните работодатели:1. "Агенда" ООД - 1 лице; 2. The effects of the crisis of the early 21st century have had a painful impact on young people, facing new challenges — increasing the risk of dropping out of school, long-term unemployment, marginalisation and social exclusion. More and more young people are not engaged in education, employment and training. The problems they encounter when attempting to enter the labour market often lead to disincentives, loss of qualifications and other phenomena with a negative impact on the individual and society as a whole. Employers from the municipality of Suvorovo, together with the local administration, identify with this project activating mechanisms for the social inclusion and sustainable behavior in the labour market of young people up to 29 years of age from the municipality and thus meet the main objective of the program for activation and integration into employment of these young people. The project “Business and Local Government — Together for Activating Unemployed Youth for Vocational Qualifications and Employment” will study the inactive young people, identify and profile them, make contact with them and the main local stakeholders in order to refine the activation measures, conduct an information campaign (labour market “NOW WORK FOR YOU” with the possibility of real contact of young people with employers from the municipality and presentation of employers, production of a film and a Handbook “NOW WORK FOR ME”), which will promote the benefits of involving inactive young people in training and employment. Conducting motivational and vocational training for them will improve job-search skills, presentation to employers and adaptability of the identified young people on the labour market. Already passed through the trainings and the job exchange, 45 inactive persons will be employed in subsidised employment for a period of 6 months with the following employers:1. “Agenda” OOD — 1 person; 2. Les effets de la crise du début du XXIe siècle ont eu un impact douloureux sur les jeunes, confrontés à de nouveaux défis — augmentation du risque d’abandon scolaire, de chômage de longue durée, de marginalisation et d’exclusion sociale. De plus en plus de jeunes ne participent pas à l’éducation, à l’emploi et à la formation. Les problèmes qu’ils rencontrent lorsqu’ils tentent d’entrer sur le marché du travail conduisent souvent à des dissuasion, à la perte de qualifications et à d’autres phénomènes ayant un impact négatif sur l’individu et la société dans son ensemble. Les employeurs de la municipalité de Suvorovo, en collaboration avec l’administration locale, s’identifient à ce projet de mécanismes d’activation pour l’inclusion sociale et le comportement durable sur le marché du travail des jeunes jusqu’à 29 ans de la municipalité et répondent ainsi à l’objectif principal du programme d’activation et d’insertion dans l’emploi de ces jeunes. Le projet «Entreprises et collectivités locales — Ensemble pour l’activation des jeunes chômeurs pour les qualifications professionnelles et l’emploi» étudiera les jeunes inactifs, les identifiera et les profilera, établira des contacts avec eux et les principaux acteurs locaux afin d’affiner les mesures d’activation, mènera une campagne d’information (marché du travail «NOW WORK FOR YOU» avec la possibilité d’un contact réel des jeunes avec les employeurs de la municipalité et de la présentation des employeurs, production d’un film et d’un manuel «NOW WORK FOR ME»), qui favorisera les avantages de la participation des jeunes inactifs à la formation et à l’emploi. La formation de motivation et de formation professionnelle pour eux améliorera les compétences en recherche d’emploi, la présentation aux employeurs et la capacité d’adaptation des jeunes identifiés sur le marché du travail. Déjà passés par les formations et l’échange d’emploi, 45 personnes inactives seront employées dans des emplois subventionnés pour une période de 6 mois auprès des employeurs suivants: 1. «Ordre du jour» OOD — 1 personne; 2. Die Auswirkungen der Krise des frühen 21. Jahrhunderts haben sich schmerzhaft auf junge Menschen ausgewirkt, die neuen Herausforderungen gegenüberstehen – das Risiko des Schulabbruchs, der Langzeitarbeitslosigkeit, der Marginalisierung und der sozialen Ausgrenzung. Immer mehr junge Menschen sind nicht in Bildung, Beschäftigung und Ausbildung beschäftigt. Die Probleme, auf die sie beim Eintritt in den Arbeitsmarkt stoßen, führen oft zu Negativanreizen, zum Verlust von Qualifikationen und anderen Phänomenen, die sich negativ auf den Einzelnen und die Gesellschaft insgesamt auswirken. Arbeitgeber aus der Gemeinde Suvorovo identifizieren gemeinsam mit der lokalen Verwaltung mit diesem Projekt Aktivierungsmechanismen für die soziale Inklusion und nachhaltiges Verhalten junger Menschen bis 29 Jahre aus der Gemeinde und erfüllen damit das Hauptziel des Programms zur Aktivierung und Integration dieser jungen Menschen in die Beschäftigung. Das Projekt „Business and Local Government – Gemeinsam zur Aktivierung arbeitsloser Jugendlicher für berufliche Qualifikationen und Beschäftigung“ untersucht die inaktiven jungen Menschen, identifiziert und profiliert sie, knüpft Kontakt mit ihnen und den wichtigsten lokalen Akteuren auf, um die Aktivierungsmaßnahmen zu verfeinern, eine Informationskampagne durchzuführen (Arbeitsmarkt „NOW WORK FOR YOU“ mit der Möglichkeit eines echten Kontakts junger Menschen mit Arbeitgebern aus der Gemeinde und Präsentation von Arbeitgebern, Produktion eines Films und ein Handbuch „NOW WORK FOR ME“), das die Vorteile der Einbeziehung nichterwerbstätiger Jugendlicher in Ausbildung und Beschäftigung fördern wird. Durch die Durchführung von Motivations- und Berufsausbildungsmaßnahmen für sie werden die Kompetenzen bei der Arbeitssuche, die Präsentation bei den Arbeitgebern und die Anpassungsfähigkeit der identifizierten jungen Menschen auf dem Arbeitsmarkt verbessert. 45 Nichterwerbstätige werden für einen Zeitraum von sechs Monaten bei folgenden Arbeitgebern in subventionierter Beschäftigung beschäftigt sein: „Agenda“ OOD – 1 Person; 2. De gevolgen van de crisis van het begin van de 21e eeuw hebben een pijnlijke impact gehad op jongeren, die voor nieuwe uitdagingen staan: het risico op schooluitval, langdurige werkloosheid, marginalisering en sociale uitsluiting is toegenomen. Steeds meer jongeren zijn niet betrokken bij onderwijs, werkgelegenheid en opleiding. De problemen die zij ondervinden bij het betreden van de arbeidsmarkt leiden vaak tot negatieve prikkels, verlies van kwalificaties en andere verschijnselen die negatieve gevolgen hebben voor het individu en de samenleving als geheel. Werkgevers van de gemeente Suvorovo, samen met de lokale overheid, identificeren met dit project mechanismen voor sociale inclusie en duurzaam gedrag op de arbeidsmarkt van jongeren tot 29 jaar van de gemeente en voldoen daarmee aan de hoofddoelstelling van het programma voor activering en integratie in de werkgelegenheid van deze jongeren. Het project „Business and Local Government — Together for Activering Unemployed Youth for Vocational Qualifications and Employment” zal de inactieve jongeren bestuderen, identificeren en profileren, contact leggen met hen en de belangrijkste lokale belanghebbenden om de activeringsmaatregelen te verfijnen, een informatiecampagne voeren (arbeidsmarkt „NOW WORK FOR YOU” met de mogelijkheid van echt contact van jongeren met werkgevers uit de gemeente en presentatie van werkgevers, productie van een film en een handboek „NOW WORK FOR ME”), dat de voordelen zal bevorderen van het betrekken van inactieve jongeren bij opleiding en werkgelegenheid. Het geven van motivatie- en beroepsopleidingen voor hen zal de vaardigheden voor het zoeken van een baan verbeteren, de werkgevers presenteren en het aanpassingsvermogen van de geïdentificeerde jongeren op de arbeidsmarkt verbeteren. 45 inactieven die reeds door de opleidingen en de uitwisseling van banen zijn gevolgd, zullen gedurende een periode van zes maanden gesubsidieerde arbeid verrichten bij de volgende werkgevers:1. „Agenda” OOD — 1 persoon; 2. Gli effetti della crisi dell'inizio del XXI secolo hanno avuto un impatto doloroso sui giovani, affrontando nuove sfide, aumentando il rischio di abbandono scolastico, disoccupazione di lunga durata, emarginazione ed esclusione sociale. Sempre più giovani non sono impegnati nell'istruzione, nell'occupazione e nella formazione. I problemi incontrati nel tentativo di entrare nel mercato del lavoro spesso portano a disincentivi, perdita di qualifiche e altri fenomeni con un impatto negativo sull'individuo e sulla società nel suo complesso. I datori di lavoro del comune di Suvorovo, insieme all'amministrazione locale, si identificano con questo progetto attivando meccanismi per l'inclusione sociale e il comportamento sostenibile nel mercato del lavoro dei giovani fino ai 29 anni di età dal comune e quindi raggiungere l'obiettivo principale del programma di attivazione e integrazione nel lavoro di questi giovani. Il progetto "Business and Local Government — Insieme per l'attivazione dei giovani disoccupati per le qualifiche professionali e l'occupazione" studierà i giovani inattivi, li identifica e profila, mette in contatto con loro e con i principali attori locali al fine di perfezionare le misure di attivazione, condurre una campagna informativa (mercato del lavoro "NOW WORK FOR YOU" con la possibilità di un contatto reale dei giovani con i datori di lavoro del comune e la presentazione dei datori di lavoro, la produzione di un film e un manuale "NOW WORK FOR ME"), che promuoverà i benefici di coinvolgere i giovani inattivi nella formazione e nell'occupazione. La loro formazione motivazionale e professionale migliorerà le competenze nella ricerca di un lavoro, la presentazione ai datori di lavoro e l'adattabilità dei giovani identificati sul mercato del lavoro. Già superato i corsi di formazione e lo scambio di posti di lavoro, 45 persone inattive saranno impiegate in attività sovvenzionate per un periodo di 6 mesi presso i seguenti datori di lavoro:1. Los efectos de la crisis de principios del siglo XXI han tenido un impacto doloroso en los jóvenes, que se enfrentan a nuevos retos: aumento del riesgo de abandono escolar, desempleo de larga duración, marginación y exclusión social. Cada vez son más los jóvenes que no participan en la educación, el empleo y la formación. Los problemas a los que se enfrentan al intentar entrar en el mercado de trabajo a menudo conducen a desincentivos, a la pérdida de cualificaciones y a otros fenómenos que afectan negativamente al individuo y a la sociedad en su conjunto. Los empleadores del municipio de Suvorovo, junto con la administración local, se identifican con este proyecto activando mecanismos para la inclusión social y el comportamiento sostenible en el mercado laboral de jóvenes de hasta 29 años de edad del municipio y así cumplir con el objetivo principal del programa de activación e integración en el empleo de estos jóvenes. El proyecto «Business and Local Government — Together for Activating Desempleado Youth for Vocational Qualifications and Employment» estudiará a los jóvenes inactivos, los identificará y perfilará, pondrá en contacto con ellos y con los principales actores locales con el fin de perfeccionar las medidas de activación, llevará a cabo una campaña de información (mercado laboral «NO WORK FOR YOU» con la posibilidad de un contacto real de los jóvenes con los empleadores del municipio y presentación de los empleadores, producción de una película y un manual «NOW WORK FOR ME»), que promoverá los beneficios de involucrar a los jóvenes inactivos en la formación y el empleo. La realización de una formación motivadora y profesional para ellos mejorará las capacidades de búsqueda de empleo, la presentación a los empleadores y la adaptabilidad de los jóvenes identificados en el mercado laboral. Ya pasó por las formaciones y la bolsa de trabajo, 45 personas inactivas serán empleadas en un empleo subvencionado durante un período de 6 meses con los siguientes empleadores:1. «Agenda» OOD — 1 persona; 2.
