Изграждането на ЦСРИЛПРУИ е продиктувано от стартиралия процес на извеждане на възрастни с увреждания от специализирани институции и предоставяне на възможности за тяхното социално включване. Целевата група включва, освен настанените в момента пълнолетни лица с психични разстройства и умствена изостаналост в специализирани институции и резидентни услуги в Община Дряново – около 140 души, също и хора, които имат психични разстройства и умствена изостаналост и живеят в общността, както и на техните семейства. Основната цел е подкрепа и придружаване в изграждането или възстановяване на умения за живот в общността чрез предоставяне на почасови и мобилни услруги в ЦСРИЛПРУИ. Работата на центъра ще допринесе и за превенция на социалното изключване на хора, които сега живеят в общността и срещат затруднения, които са предпоставка за институционализиране, ако не са налице услуги за подкрепа. Очакваните резултати са създадена нова форма на социална услуга, чиято работа е фокусирана повече върху взаимодействието на индивида и средата в общността; формирани умения за живот на база индивидуалните възможности на хората, които ползват услугите; променени обществените нагласи към хората, които срещат затруднения поради наличието на психически разстройства или умствена изостаналост. Основните дейности по проекта включват: Ремонт на предоставените помещения за ЦСРИЛПРУИ; Обзавеждане и оборудване на ЦСРИЛПРУИ; Наемане на персона; Обучение и текуща подкрепа на персонала; Разработване на методика за предоставянето на услугите в ЦСРИЛПРУИ; Закупуване на автомобили; Осигуряване на дейността на ЦСРИЛПРУИ за период от 12 месеца. The construction of CSRPRUI is dictated by the launched process of removing adults with disabilities from specialised institutions and providing opportunities for their social inclusion. The target group includes, in addition to the currently accommodated adults with mental disorders and mental retardation in specialised institutions and resident services in the Municipality of Dryanovo — about 140 people, also people who have mental disorders and mental retardation and live in the community, as well as their families. The main objective is to support and accompany the building or restoration of skills for living in the community through the provision of hourly and mobile services in CSRPRUI. The work of the Centre will also contribute to preventing the social exclusion of people who are now living in the community and facing difficulties that are a prerequisite for institutionalisation if support services are not available. The expected results are a new form of social service whose work is focused more on the interaction of the individual and the community environment; shaped life skills based on the individual abilities of people using the services; changed public attitudes towards people who face difficulties due to the presence of mental disorders or mental retardation. The main activities of the project include: Refurbishment of the premises provided for CSRPRUI; Furniture and equipment of CSRPRUI; Hiring a person; Training and ongoing staff support; Development of a methodology for the provision of services in CSRPRUI; Purchase of cars; Provision of the activities of CSRPRUI for a period of 12 months. La construction de CSRPRUI est dictée par le processus lancé qui consiste à retirer les adultes handicapés d’institutions spécialisées et à leur offrir des possibilités d’inclusion sociale. Le groupe cible comprend, en plus des adultes actuellement accueillis avec des troubles mentaux et un retard mental dans des institutions spécialisées et des services résidents de la municipalité de Dryanovo — environ 140 personnes, également des personnes qui souffrent de troubles mentaux et d’arrivant mental et vivent dans la communauté, ainsi que leurs familles. L’objectif principal est de soutenir et d’accompagner la construction ou la restauration des compétences pour vivre dans la communauté par la fourniture de services horaires et mobiles dans CSRPRUI. Les travaux du Centre contribueront également à prévenir l’exclusion sociale des personnes qui vivent actuellement dans la communauté et qui sont confrontées à des difficultés qui sont une condition préalable à l’institutionnalisation si les services d’appui ne sont pas disponibles. Les résultats escomptés sont une nouvelle forme de service social dont le travail est davantage axé sur l’interaction entre l’individu et l’environnement communautaire; façonné les compétences de vie en fonction des capacités individuelles des personnes qui utilisent les services; changement d’attitude du public à l’égard des personnes confrontées à des difficultés en raison de la présence de troubles mentaux ou d’un retard mental. Les principales activités du projet sont les suivantes: La rénovation des locaux prévus pour CSRPRUI; Mobilier et équipement de CSRPRUI; L’embauche d’une personne; La formation et le soutien continu du personnel; L’élaboration d’une méthodologie pour la prestation de services dans le cadre de CSRPRUI; L’achat de voitures; Fourniture des activités de CSRPRUI pour une période de 12 mois. Der Aufbau von CSRPRUI wird durch den eingeleiteten Prozess der Beseitigung von Erwachsenen mit Behinderungen aus spezialisierten Einrichtungen und die Schaffung von Möglichkeiten für ihre soziale Inklusion diktiert. Die Zielgruppe umfasst neben den derzeit untergebrachten Erwachsenen mit psychischen Störungen und geistiger Verzögerung in spezialisierten Einrichtungen und gebietsansässigen Dienstleistungen in der Gemeinde Dryanovo – etwa 140 Menschen, auch Menschen, die psychische Störungen und geistige Verzögerung haben und in der Gemeinschaft leben, sowie deren Familien. Hauptziel ist die Unterstützung und Begleitung des Aufbaus oder der Wiederherstellung von Fähigkeiten für das Leben in der Gemeinschaft durch die Bereitstellung von Stunden- und Mobilfunkdiensten in CSRPRUI. Die Arbeit des Zentrums wird auch dazu beitragen, die soziale Ausgrenzung von Menschen zu verhindern, die jetzt in der Gemeinschaft leben und mit Schwierigkeiten konfrontiert sind, die eine Voraussetzung für die Institutionalisierung sind, wenn keine Unterstützungsleistungen zur Verfügung stehen. Die erwarteten Ergebnisse sind eine neue Form des Sozialdienstes, deren Arbeit sich stärker auf die Interaktion zwischen dem Einzelnen und dem Umfeld der Gemeinschaft konzentriert; Gestaltung von Lebenskompetenzen auf der Grundlage der individuellen Fähigkeiten der Personen, die die Dienste nutzen; veränderte öffentliche Einstellungen gegenüber Menschen, die aufgrund der Anwesenheit von psychischen Störungen oder psychischer Zurückhaltung Schwierigkeiten haben. Zu den Hauptaktivitäten des Projekts zählen: Renovierung der Räumlichkeiten für CSRPRUI; Möbel und Ausrüstung von CSRPRUI; Einstellung einer Person; Schulung und laufende Unterstützung des Personals; Entwicklung einer Methodik für die Erbringung von Dienstleistungen in CSRPRUI; Kauf von Kraftfahrzeugen; Bereitstellung der Tätigkeiten von CSRPRUI für einen Zeitraum von 12 Monaten. De bouw van CSRPRUI wordt gedicteerd door het gelanceerde proces om volwassenen met een handicap uit gespecialiseerde instellingen te verwijderen en kansen te bieden voor hun sociale inclusie. De doelgroep omvat naast de momenteel ondergebrachte volwassenen met psychische stoornissen en mentale handicaps in gespecialiseerde instellingen en residentiële diensten in de gemeente Dryanovo — ongeveer 140 mensen, ook mensen met psychische stoornissen en mentale handicaps en wonen in de gemeenschap, evenals hun gezinnen. De belangrijkste doelstelling is het ondersteunen en begeleiden van het opbouwen of herstellen van vaardigheden voor het leven in de gemeenschap door het verlenen van uur- en mobiele diensten in CSRPRUI. Het werk van het Centrum zal ook bijdragen tot het voorkomen van sociale uitsluiting van mensen die nu in de gemeenschap wonen en die moeilijkheden ondervinden die een voorwaarde zijn voor institutionalisering als er geen ondersteunende diensten beschikbaar zijn. De verwachte resultaten zijn een nieuwe vorm van sociale dienstverlening, waarvan de werkzaamheden meer gericht zijn op de interactie van het individu en de omgeving van de gemeenschap; vormgegeven levensvaardigheden op basis van de individuele capaciteiten van mensen die gebruik maken van de diensten; veranderde de houding van het publiek ten opzichte van mensen die moeilijkheden ondervinden als gevolg van de aanwezigheid van psychische stoornissen of mentale vertraging. La costruzione della CSRPRUI è dettata dal processo avviato di rimuovere gli adulti con disabilità dalle istituzioni specializzate e di offrire opportunità per la loro inclusione sociale. Il gruppo target comprende, oltre agli adulti attualmente ospitati con disturbi mentali e ritardo mentale in istituzioni specializzate e servizi residenti nel Comune di Dryanovo — circa 140 persone, anche persone che hanno disturbi mentali e ritardati mentali e vivono nella comunità, così come le loro famiglie. L'obiettivo principale è sostenere e accompagnare la costruzione o il ripristino di competenze per vivere nella comunità attraverso la fornitura di servizi orari e mobili in CSRPRUI. Il lavoro del Centro contribuirà inoltre a prevenire l'esclusione sociale delle persone che attualmente vivono nella comunità e che incontrano difficoltà che sono un prerequisito per l'istituzionalizzazione se non sono disponibili servizi di sostegno. La construcción de la CSRPRUI está dictada por el proceso iniciado de eliminar a los adultos con discapacidad de las instituciones especializadas y brindar oportunidades para su inclusión social. El grupo destinatario incluye, además de los adultos actualmente alojados con trastornos mentales y retraso mental en instituciones especializadas y servicios residentes en el municipio de Dryanovo, unas 140 personas, también personas que tienen trastornos mentales y retraso mental y viven en la comunidad, así como sus familias. El objetivo principal es apoyar y acompañar la construcción o restauración de habilidades para vivir en la comunidad a través de la prestación de servicios por hora y móviles en CSRPRUI. La labor del Centro también contribuirá a prevenir la exclusión social de las personas que viven en la comunidad y que se enfrentan a dificultades que son un requisito previo para la institucionalización si no se dispone de servicios de apoyo. Los resultados esperados son una nueva forma de servicio social cuyo trabajo se centra más en la interacción entre el individuo y el entorno comunitario; dar forma a las aptitudes para la vida en función de las capacidades individuales de las personas que utilizan los servicios; cambios en las actitudes públicas hacia las personas que enfrentan dificultades debido a la presencia de trastornos mentales o retraso mental.
