Проект „Създаване на общинско социално предприятие за подкрепена заетост в зелената система на община Дряново“ предвижда нов и устойчив модел на общинско социално предприятие за улесняване достъпа до заетост и насърчаване на социалното включване на уязвимите лица на територията на община Дряново чрез извършване на комунални и благоустройствени дейности по паркови зони и общинска собственост. Основната целева група на проекта са хора с увреждания и лица в неравностойно положение на пазара на труда на територията на Община Дряново, които имат нужда от подкрепящи услуги за заетост с цел преодоляване на социалното изключване. Чрез създаването на общинско социално предприятие за подкрепена заетост ще се осигурят 16 нови работни места за 3 лица с увреждания и 13 лица в неравностойно положение на пазара на труда, приоритетно безработни с ниско образование, самотни родители на деца до 5 години и безработни лица над 54 години, съдействащи за тяхното социално включване. Основна причина за проекта е липсата на подкрепящи услуги за социално включване на три ясно дефинирани групи в неравностойно положение на пазара на труда на територията на община Дряново - самотни родители и осиновители с деца до 5-годишна възраст, безработни над 54-годишна възраст и безработни лица с основно или по-ниско образование. В рамките на проекта се предвиждат следните дейности: - психологическо подпомагане и мотивиране на лица от уязвимите групи за включване в подкрепена заетост; социална и професионална интеграция на лица от уязвимите групи за включване в заетост; обособяване на материалната база на общинско социално предприятие и осигуряване на оборудване, обзавеждане и инвентар за 16 нови работни места; осигуряване на наставници за наетите лица в новосъздаденото социално предприятие; подкрепа за осигуряване на заетост на 16 лица в новосъздаденото социално предприятие; социален маркетинг и популяризиране на дейността на общинското социално предприятие. The project “Establishment of a municipal social enterprise for supported employment in the green system of Dryanovo Municipality” provides for a new and sustainable model of municipal social enterprise to facilitate access to employment and promote social inclusion of vulnerable persons in the municipality of Dryanovo by carrying out communal and public works in park areas and municipal property. The main target group of the project are people with disabilities and disadvantaged people on the labour market on the territory of the Municipality of Dryanovo, who need support services for employment in order to overcome social exclusion. The creation of a municipal social enterprise for supported employment will provide 16 new jobs for 3 persons with disabilities and 13 disadvantaged people on the labour market, priority unemployed with low education, single parents of children under 5 years of age and unemployed persons over 54 years of age supporting their social inclusion. The main reason for the project is the lack of support services for social inclusion of three clearly defined disadvantaged groups in the labour market in the municipality of Dryanovo — single parents and adoptive parents with children up to 5 years of age, unemployed over 54 years of age and unemployed persons with primary or lower education. The project envisages the following activities: psychological support and motivating people from vulnerable groups for inclusion in supported employment; social and professional integration of persons from vulnerable groups for inclusion in employment; separation of the facilities of a municipal social enterprise and provision of equipment, furniture and inventory for 16 new jobs; providing mentors for employees in the newly created social enterprise; supporting the employment of 16 people in the newly created social enterprise; social marketing and promotion of the activity of the municipal social enterprise. Le projet «Établissement d’une entreprise sociale municipale pour l’emploi soutenu dans le système vert de la municipalité de Dryanovo» prévoit un nouveau modèle durable d’entreprise sociale municipale pour faciliter l’accès à l’emploi et promouvoir l’inclusion sociale des personnes vulnérables dans la municipalité de Dryanovo en réalisant des travaux collectifs et publics dans les zones de parc et de propriété municipale. Le principal groupe cible du projet est les personnes handicapées et les personnes défavorisées sur le marché du travail sur le territoire de la municipalité de Dryanovo, qui ont besoin de services d’aide à l’emploi pour surmonter l’exclusion sociale. La création d’une entreprise sociale municipale pour l’emploi subventionné offrira 16 nouveaux emplois à 3 personnes handicapées et 13 personnes défavorisées sur le marché du travail, aux chômeurs prioritaires ayant un faible niveau d’instruction, aux parents isolés d’enfants de moins de 5 ans et aux chômeurs de plus de 54 ans soutenant leur inclusion sociale. La principale raison de ce projet est l’absence de services de soutien à l’inclusion sociale de trois groupes défavorisés clairement définis sur le marché du travail dans la municipalité de Dryanovo: les parents isolés et les parents adoptifs ayant des enfants de moins de 5 ans, les chômeurs âgés de plus de 54 ans et les chômeurs ayant un niveau d’instruction primaire ou inférieur. Le projet prévoit les activités suivantes: le soutien psychologique et la motivation des personnes issues de groupes vulnérables à l’inclusion dans l’emploi bénéficiant d’un soutien; l’intégration sociale et professionnelle des personnes issues de groupes vulnérables en vue de leur insertion dans l’emploi; la séparation des installations d’une entreprise sociale municipale et la fourniture de matériel, de mobilier et d’inventaire pour 16 nouveaux emplois; fournir des mentors aux employés de l’entreprise sociale nouvellement créée; soutenir l’emploi de 16 personnes dans l’entreprise sociale nouvellement créée; marketing social et promotion de l’activité de l’entreprise sociale municipale. Das Projekt „Einrichtung eines kommunalen Sozialunternehmens zur Förderung der Beschäftigung im grünen System der Gemeinde Dryanovo“ sieht ein neues und nachhaltiges Modell des kommunalen Sozialunternehmens vor, um den Zugang zur Beschäftigung zu erleichtern und die soziale Inklusion schutzbedürftiger Personen in der Gemeinde Dryanovo durch die Durchführung von kommunalen und öffentlichen Arbeiten in Parkflächen und kommunalem Eigentum zu fördern. Die Hauptzielgruppe des Projekts sind Menschen mit Behinderungen und benachteiligte Menschen auf dem Arbeitsmarkt auf dem Gebiet der Gemeinde Dryanovo, die Unterstützungsdienste für Beschäftigung benötigen, um soziale Ausgrenzung zu überwinden. Die Gründung eines kommunalen Sozialunternehmens für unterstützte Beschäftigung wird 16 neue Arbeitsplätze für 3 Menschen mit Behinderungen und 13 benachteiligte Menschen auf dem Arbeitsmarkt, vorrangige Arbeitslose mit niedrigem Bildungsniveau, Alleinerziehende von Kindern unter 5 Jahren und Arbeitslose über 54 Jahre schaffen, die ihre soziale Eingliederung unterstützen. Der Hauptgrund für das Projekt ist das Fehlen von Unterstützungsleistungen für die soziale Eingliederung von drei klar definierten benachteiligten Gruppen in der Gemeinde Dryanovo – Alleinerziehende und Adoptiveltern mit Kindern bis 5 Jahren, Arbeitslosen über 54 Jahren und Arbeitslosen mit Primar- oder niedrigerer Bildung. Das Projekt sieht folgende Aktivitäten vor: psychologische Unterstützung und Motivation von Menschen aus gefährdeten Gruppen zur Eingliederung in unterstützte Beschäftigung; soziale und berufliche Integration von Personen aus schutzbedürftigen Gruppen zur Eingliederung in die Beschäftigung; Trennung der Einrichtungen eines kommunalen Sozialunternehmens und Bereitstellung von Ausrüstung, Mobiliar und Inventar für 16 neue Arbeitsplätze; Bereitstellung von Mentoren für Arbeitnehmer im neu gegründeten Sozialunternehmen; Unterstützung der Beschäftigung von 16 Personen in dem neu gegründeten Sozialunternehmen; soziales Marketing und Förderung der Tätigkeit des kommunalen Sozialunternehmens. Het project „Oprichting van een gemeentelijk sociaal bedrijf voor ondersteunde werkgelegenheid in het groene systeem van de gemeente Dryanovo” voorziet in een nieuw en duurzaam model van gemeentelijke sociale ondernemingen om de toegang tot werkgelegenheid te vergemakkelijken en de sociale inclusie van kwetsbare personen in de gemeente Dryanovo te bevorderen door gemeenschappelijke en openbare werken in parkgebieden en gemeentelijk onroerend goed uit te voeren. De belangrijkste doelgroep van het project zijn mensen met een handicap en kansarmen op de arbeidsmarkt op het grondgebied van de gemeente Dryanovo, die ondersteunende diensten nodig hebben voor de werkgelegenheid om sociale uitsluiting tegen te gaan. De oprichting van een gemeentelijk sociaal bedrijf voor ondersteunde werkgelegenheid zal 16 nieuwe banen opleveren voor 3 personen met een handicap en 13 kansarmen op de arbeidsmarkt, prioriteit werklozen met een laag onderwijs, alleenstaande ouders van kinderen jonger dan 5 jaar en werklozen ouder dan 54 jaar die hun sociale inclusie ondersteunen. Il progetto "Istituzione di un'impresa sociale comunale per un'occupazione sostenuta nel sistema verde del comune di Dryanovo" prevede un nuovo e sostenibile modello di impresa sociale municipale per facilitare l'accesso all'occupazione e promuovere l'inclusione sociale delle persone vulnerabili nel comune di Dryanovo realizzando opere comunali e pubbliche nei parchi e nei beni comunali. I principali destinatari del progetto sono le persone con disabilità e le persone svantaggiate sul mercato del lavoro sul territorio del Comune di Dryanovo, che hanno bisogno di servizi di supporto per l'occupazione al fine di superare l'esclusione sociale. La creazione di un'impresa sociale comunale per l'occupazione sostenuta fornirà 16 nuovi posti di lavoro a 3 persone con disabilità e 13 persone svantaggiate sul mercato del lavoro, ai disoccupati prioritari con basso livello di istruzione, ai genitori monoparentali di minori di 5 anni e ai disoccupati di età superiore ai 54 anni che sostengono la loro inclusione sociale. La ragione principale del progetto è la mancanza di servizi di sostegno per l'inclusione sociale di tre gruppi svantaggiati chiaramente definiti nel mercato del lavoro nel comune di Dryanovo — genitori single e genitori adottivi con figli fino a 5 anni, disoccupati di età superiore ai 54 anni e disoccupati con istruzione primaria o inferiore. El proyecto «Establecimiento de una empresa social municipal para el empleo apoyado en el sistema verde del municipio de Dryanovo» prevé un nuevo y sostenible modelo de empresa social municipal para facilitar el acceso al empleo y promover la inclusión social de las personas vulnerables en el municipio de Dryanovo mediante la realización de obras comunales y públicas en zonas de parques y propiedades municipales. El principal grupo destinatario del proyecto son las personas con discapacidad y las personas desfavorecidas en el mercado laboral en el territorio del municipio de Dryanovo, que necesitan servicios de apoyo al empleo para superar la exclusión social. La creación de una empresa social municipal para el empleo subvencionado proporcionará 16 nuevos puestos de trabajo a 3 personas con discapacidad y 13 personas desfavorecidas en el mercado laboral, a los desempleados prioritarios con baja educación, a los padres solteros de niños menores de 5 años y a los desempleados de más de 54 años que apoyen su inclusión social.
