THE INNOVATIVE AND ENVIRONMENTALLY FRIENDLY BUSINESS PROCESSES ARE DEEPENED AND THE CONCEPT OF SUSTAINABILITY IS DECLINED FROM AN ENVIRONMENTAL POINT OF VIEW (AGRICULTURE THAT RESPECTS NATURAL RESOURCES SUCH AS WATER, SOIL FERTILITY, BIODIVERSITY) AND ECONOMIC (FAIR INCOME, PROTECTION OF OPERATOR’S HEALTH AND IMPROVEMENT OF THE QUALITY OF LIFE). THE STRUCTURE OF THE PROJECT INCLUDES TRAINING OF MEDIUM DURATION, SHORT DURATION AND STUDY/COMPANY VISITS IN LIGURIA AND FRANCE, WHICH WILL ALLOW STUDENTS TO EXAMINE TECHNICALLY EFFECTIVE TOOLS AND TO ANALYSE INNOVATIVE PROCESSES SUITABLE FOR SALVAGUARDAR (English)
