Projektu siekiama sukurti sąlygas, reikalingas veiksmingam ir tvariam perėjimui nuo institucinės globos prie šeimoje ir bendruomenėje teikiamų paslaugų, išplečiant bendruomeninių vaikų globos namų (toliau – BVGN) ir vaikų dienos centrų (toliau – VDC) tinklą Kalvarijos savivaldybėje. Šeimos globos namuose gyvena 24 vaikai. Vaikai patys gaminasi maistą, tvarko savo aplinką, skalbia rūbus, patys rūpinasi savo higiena, savarankiškai apsiperka. Šeimynose vaikams stengiamasi kurti jaukią šeimos aplinką. Šeimos globos namuose gyvena ir vaikai iki trejų metų, o tai stiprina vaiko suvokimą formuojant šeimyninius įgūdžius. Įgyvendinant projektą, planuojama įsigyti gyvenamąjį namą Kalvarijos savivaldybėje, kuriame apsigyvens viena 8 vaikų šeimyna, kurioje bus sukurta namų aplinkai artima aplinka. Namą numatoma remontuoti, pritaikant jį neįgaliųjų poreikiams, įsigyti reikiamus baldus ir įrangą. Projekto lėšomis numatoma VšĮ „Galimybių laukas“ Sangrūdos VDC plėtra, įrengiant vaikų žaidimų ir sporto aikštelę lauke, įsigyjant VDC veiklai reikalingus baldus ir įrangą. Tikimasi, kad VDC nuolatinių lankytojų skaičius išaugs 20 vaikų. Čia vaikai ugdys įgūdžius įvairiose srityse (meno, sporto, muzikos ir pan.), turiningai leis laisvalaikį (žaidimų įrenginiai, sensorinė įranga ir pan.). (Lithuanian)

The project aims to create the conditions necessary for an effective and sustainable transition from institutional care to services provided in the family and community, by extending the network of community-based foster homes (hereinafter referred to as “BVGN”) and children’s day-care centres (VDCs) in the municipality of Kalvarija. 24 children live in the family care home. Children themselves produce food, manage their environment, wash clothes, take care of their hygiene, shop independently. In families, children are trying to create a cozy family environment. Children under three years of age also live in a family care home, which strengthens the child’s perception in the formation of family skills. As part of the project, it is planned to acquire a residential house in the municipality of Kalvarija, where one family of 8 children will be accommodated, where an environment close to the home environment will be created. The house is intended to be repaired, adapted to the needs of the disabled, to purchase the necessary furniture and equipment. The project provides for the development of VšĮ Galimybės Fields VDC, installing a children’s play and sports field outdoors, purchasing furniture and equipment necessary for VDC activities. The number of permanent visitors to the VDC is expected to increase by 20 children. Here, children will develop skills in various fields (art, sports, music, etc.) and will spend their leisure time in a meaningful way (games devices, sensor equipment, etc.). (English)

Le projet vise à créer les conditions nécessaires à une transition efficace et durable de la prise en charge en institution aux services fournis dans la famille et la communauté, en étendant le réseau des foyers d’accueil communautaires (ci-après dénommés «BVGN») et des garderies d’enfants dans la municipalité de Kalvarija. 24 enfants vivent dans la maison de soins familiaux. Les enfants eux-mêmes produisent de la nourriture, gèrent leur environnement, lavent les vêtements, prennent soin de leur hygiène, magasinent indépendamment. Dans les familles, les enfants essaient de créer un environnement familial confortable. Les enfants de moins de trois ans vivent également dans un foyer familial, ce qui renforce la perception de l’enfant dans la formation des compétences familiales. Dans le cadre du projet, il est prévu d’acquérir une maison d’habitation dans la municipalité de Kalvarija, où une famille de 8 enfants sera hébergée, où un environnement proche de l’environnement familial sera créé. La maison est destinée à être réparée, adaptée aux besoins des personnes handicapées, à l’achat du mobilier et de l’équipement nécessaires. Le projet prévoit le développement de Vš' galimybės Fields VDC, l’installation d’un terrain de jeu et de sport pour enfants à l’extérieur, l’achat du mobilier et du matériel nécessaires aux activités du VDC. Le nombre de visiteurs permanents à la VDC devrait augmenter de 20 enfants. Ici, les enfants développeront des compétences dans différents domaines (art, sport, musique, etc.) et passeront leur temps libre de manière significative (appareils de jeux, équipements de capteurs, etc.).
