Pojektu sprendžiama problema: aukštas nedarbo lygis Biržų miesto jaunimo iki 29 metų amžiaus tarpe. Projekto tikslas : pagerinti Biržų miesto jaunuolių iki 29 m. amžiaus padėtį darbo rinkoje. Veiklos : 1. Informavimas, konsultavimas, tarpininkavimas ar kita pagalba įtraukiant į praktikos atlikimą. 2. Praktikos organizavimas praktiniams įgūdžiams įgyti, ugdyti darbo vietoje pagal savanoriškos praktikos sutartis Rezultatai: projekto metu planuojama 8 iki 29 metų amžiaus asmenis įtraukti į darbo įgūdžių įgijimo praktiką. Projekto rezultatai bus prieinami gyvenamosios vietovės bendruomenei, kadangi Biržų miesto gyventojai galės lengviau įsilieti į darbo rinką ir tapti patrauklesniais darbo rinkos dalyviais. The pitch tackles the problem: high unemployment among young people under 29 years of age in Biržai. Objective of the project: improve the labour market situation of young people under the age of 29 in Biržai. Operational: 1. Information, counselling, mediation or other assistance included in the practice. 2. Organisation of traineeships for the acquisition of practical skills, training in the workplace through voluntary traineeship agreements Results: during the project, it is planned to involve 8 persons under 29 years of age in the practice of acquiring work skills. The results of the project will be made available to the community of the place of residence, as residents of Biržai city will be able to enter the labour market more easily and become more attractive participants in the labour market.
