In the municipality of Marijampolė, in order to ensure timely and proper access to the primary health care services and their quality, the project of O. Gurevičienė Family Clinic “Improving the efficiency of the activities of Ona Gurevičienė Family Clinic” is implemented. More and more effective preventive and preventive primary health care services are needed to ensure healthy ageing and prolong the productive age of these patients. For the successful delivery of these services, modern and oriented equipment is needed for the needs of older people, allowing timely and qualitative assistance in disease prevention, prevention and early diagnosis, the infrastructure of the institution will be upgraded for the provision of primary health care services by installing an inclined lift, purchasing equipment — a blood analyser, and visiting patients at home — the purchase of a target vehicle — a car. The project’s activities will allow for sustainable health care geared to the needs of older patients. It is expected that approximately 1288 inhabitants of Marijampolė will benefit from the project. Marijampolės savivaldybėje, siekiant laiku ir tinkamai užtikrinti pirminės asmens sveikatos priežiūros paslaugų prieinamumą ir jų kokybę, įgyvendinamas O. Gurevičienės šeimos klinikos projektas "Onos Gurevičienės šeimos klinikos veiklos efektyvumo didinimas". Siekiant užtikrinti sveiką senėjimą ir prailginti šių pacientų produktyvų amžių, reikia daugiau ir efektyvesnių profilaktinių ir prevencinių pirminės asmens sveikatos priežiūros paslaugų. Šioms paslaugoms sėkmingai teikti būtina moderni ir orientuota į vyresnių asmenų poreikius įranga, leidžianti laiku ir kokybiškai suteikti pagalbą ligų profilaktikos, prevencijos ir ankstyvosios diagnostikos srityse Pirminės asmens sveikatos priežiūros paslaugoms teikti bus atnaujinama įstaigos infrastruktūra - įrengiamas nuožulnusis keltuvas, įsigyjama įranga - kraujo analizatorius, ligonių lankymui namuose - įsigyjama tikslinė transporto priemonė - automobilis. Įgyvendinta projekto veikla sąlygos tvarią, į vyresnių pacientų poreikius orientuotą, sveikatos priežiūrą. Tikimasi, kad projekto naudą gaus apie 1288 Marijampolės gyventojai. (Lithuanian)
