During the implementation of the project, the community and public infrastructure of Akmenė city and Papilė town will be renovated in an integrated way — the pavement change will be carried out in Akmenė city (Sodo g., Kalno str.), a recreation area near the cultural homes, a playground, cleaned green area, benches, parking lot between Stadion and Kalnas streets, stairs for climbing on the slope towards Akmenė St. Ona church, a street separation hall at the intersection of Stadiono str. and Kalno str.; In the town of Papilė, the maintenance of the section of Basanavičiaus str. It is likely that the renewed spaces will attract small businesses, thereby increasing the employment rate of the communities of Akmenė and Papilė and reducing the quality of life inequalities compared to the major cities. Projekto įgyvendinimo metu bus kompleksiškai atnaujinta Akmenės miesto ir Papilės miestelio bendruomeninė ir viešoji infrastruktūra - Akmenės mieste bus atliktas šaligatvių dangos keitimas (Sodo g., Kalno g.), įrengta poilsio zona šalia kultūros namų, įrengta žaidimų aikštelė, sutvarkyta žalioji zona, įrengti suoliukai, automobilių stovėjimo aikštelė tarp Stadiono ir Kalno gatvių, įrengti laiptai užlipimui šlaitu link Akmenės Šv. Onos bažnyčios, įrengta gatvės atskyrimo salelė Stadiono g. ir Kalno g. sankryžoje; Papilės miestelyje bus atliktas Basanavičiaus g. atkarpos (nuo bažnyčios iki Daukanto a.) tvarkymas, įrengtas apšvietimas, sutvarkyta aikštelė prie bažnyčios su vieta skulptūrai, sutvarkyta teritorija šalia S. Daukanto muziejaus, įrengta Papilės estrada, vaikų žaidimų aikštelė prie kultūros centro, atnaujinta Piliakalnio teritorija bei įrengti laiptai. Tikėtina, kad atnaujintos erdvės pritrauks smulkųjį verslą, taip bus didinamas Akmenės miesto ir Papilės miestelio bendruomenių užimtumas ir sumažinti gyvenimo kokybės netolygumai, lyginant su didžiaisiais miestais.
