The main problem addressed by the project is the creation of conditions for the growth of employment in Panevėžys city municipality. During the implementation of the project, communication communication will be updated — a circular intersection of J. Janonio str. -Vakarinė str. — Pramonės str. will be installed, lighting will be installed, and the junction access arrangements will be arranged. The modernised infrastructure for connecting with the Panevezys FEZ will directly contribute to the creation of more favourable conditions for business development, thus creating conditions for private investment and the creation of new jobs. Pagrindinė projektu sprendžiama problema yra sąlygų gyventojų užimtumo augimui sudarymas Panevėžio miesto savivaldybėje. Projekto įgyvendinimo metu bus atnaujintos susisiekimo komunikacijos – įrengta žiedinė J. Janonio g.–Vakarinės g.–Pramonės g. sankryža, taip pat bus įrengiamas apšvietimas, atliekamas sankryžos prieigų sutvarkymas. Modernizuota susisiekimo su Panevėžio LEZ infrastruktūra tiesiogiai prisidės prie palankesnių sąlygų verslo plėtrai sudarymo ir tokiu būdu sudarys prielaidas privačioms investicijoms bei naujų darbo vietų kūrimui. Projekto metu sukurta infrastruktūra verslui nebus pritaikyta konkrečiam investuotojui. (Lithuanian)
