The aim of the project is to increase the efficiency of social services by developing information and consultation. The target groups are those who are socially excluded, people living in the urban community. We plan to disseminate information in the following directions: 1. Development and dissemination of information tools 2. Promoting cooperation between organisations by sharing good practices, improving knowledge, exchanging information and consulting. The project will be carried out in cooperation with regional NGOs providing social, socio-cultural services, other municipal institutions providing education, assistance and social services. The project will deliver the following results: 1. 100 information and advisory services were provided. 2.Improved availability of information through the use of publishing tools: 2.1. Organised events for potential clients, other target group representatives; 2.2. Relevant printed information was distributed to individuals of different ages individually and with the help of interested institutions. 3. Volunteers will be involved in volunteering. The measures chosen will allow for detailed information, cooperation between organisations will strengthen the community, ensure the representation of common interests and improve the dissemination of information. The project aims to develop information and counselling for people experiencing social exclusion, i.e. to improve the accessibility of general services by involving volunteers and other organisations active in the social field. Projekto tikslas - efektyvinti socialines paslaugas, plėtojant informavimą ir konsultavimą. Tikslinės grupės - socialinę atskirtį patiriantys asmenys, miesto bendruomenėje gyvenantys asmenys. Planuojame informacijos sklaidą vykdyti šiomis kryptimis: 1. Informavimo priemonių sukūrimas ir sklaida 2. Bendradarbiavimo skatinimas tarp organizacijų dalinantis gerąja praktika, gilinant žinias, keičiantis informacija informavimo ir konsultavimo srityse. Projektas bus vykdomas bendradarbiaujant su rajono NVO, teikiančiomis socialines, sociokultūrines paslaugas, kitomis savivaldybės įstaigomis, teikiančiomis švietimo, pagalbos, socialines paslaugas. Projekto metu bus pasiekti šie rezultatai: 1. Suteikta 100 informavimo ir konsultavimo paslaugų. 2.Pagerintas informacijos prieinamumas panaudojant leidybines priemones: 2.1. Suorganizuoti renginiai potencialiems klientams, kitiems tikslinės grupės atstovams; 2.2. Išplatinta aktuali, spausdinta informacija įvairaus amžiaus asmenims individualiai bei su suinteresuotų įstaigų pagalba. 3. Į savanorišką veiklą įsitrauks savanoriai. Pasirinktos priemonės leis pateikti išsamią informaciją, organizacijų kooperacija sustiprins bendruomeniškumą, užtikrins bendrų interesų atstovavimą, pagerins informacijos sklaidą. Projektu siekiama plėtoti socialinę atskirtį patiriančių asmenų informavimą ir konsultavimą, t.y. gerinti bendrųjų paslaugų teikimo prieinamumą įtraukiant savanorius ir kitas organizacijas veikiančias socialinėje srityje.
