Small and medium-sized business is one of the main drivers of economic growth, which has a fundamental impact on the overall development of the Lithuanian economy, the creation of new jobs and social stability, therefore its development is one of the most important economic policies in Lithuania. Unfortunately, business creation and development in Biržai is complex. The aim of the project is to strengthen young business entities located in Biržai city in order to create new jobs in Biržai city. The goal of the project is to provide the services necessary for the young business of Biržai city. The activities envisaged for the achievement of the objective are: — provision of information and advisory services to young businesses; — provision of training to young businesses. The target group is the representatives and employees of young business entities with a place of activity in Biržai City. Deliverables: 8 training days after 8 a.m.; — 200 hours of consultation. Impact on project 5 target group representatives will receive targeted training and advice on business start-ups. Various studies and practices show that the fate of a young business is often bankrupt or closing. This is due to unpreparedness, inexperience, lack of specific knowledge and competences, lack of investment. This project will mention the cause of the failure, as cross-compliance is envisaged: training and advice of experts and entrepreneurs will increase the entrepreneurial capacity of participants, business stability, and effectively cope with the burden of claims (legal, tax, etc.). Smulkus ir vidutinis verslas – vienas iš pagrindinių ekonomikos augimo veiksnių, turintis esminį poveikį bendrai Lietuvos ūkio plėtotei, naujų darbo vietų kūrimui ir socialiniam stabilumui, todėl jo plėtra yra viena iš svarbiausių Lietuvos ekonominės politikos krypčių. Deja, verslo kūrimas ir plėtra Biržuose yra sudėtingas. Projekto tikslas – stiprinti jauno verslo subjektus įsikūrusius Biržų mieste siekiant sukurti naujų darbo vietų Biržų mieste. Projekto tikslui pasiekti keliamas uždavinys – teikti jaunam Biržų miesto verslui būtinas paslaugas. Uždavinio įgyvendinimui numatomos veiklos: - informavimo ir konsultavimo paslaugų teikimas jauno verslo subjektams; - mokymo paslaugų teikimas jauno verslo subjektams. Tikslinė grupė – jauno verslo subjektų, kurių veiklos vykdymo vieta Biržų miestas atstovai ir darbuotojai. Siekiami rezultatai: - suteiktos 8 mokymų dienos po 8 ak. val; - suteikta 200 valandų konsultacijų. Poveikis 5 projekto tikslinės grupės atstovai gaus tikslinius mokymus ir konsultacijas verslo pradžiai. Įvairūs tyrimai ir praktika rodo, kad dažnas jauno verslo subjekto likimas – bankrotas ar užsidarymas. Tai nutinka dėl nepasirengimo vykdyti verslą, nepatyrimo, specifinių žinių ir kompetencijų trūkumo, investicijų trūkumo. Šis projektas minimizuos įvardintas nesėkmės priežastis, kadangi numatoma kompleksinė parama: ekspertų ir verslininkų mokymai ir konsultacijos padidins dalyvių verslumo gebėjimus, verslo stabilumą, efektyviai susidoroti su reikalavimų (teisiniai, mokestiniai ir pan.) našta. Projektas prisidės prie verslų augimo, kas lems naujų darbo vietų kūrimą. (Lithuanian)
