The project “Improving the Access and Quality of Primary Personal Health Care Services of the Eišiškės Personal Health Care Centre” will aim to improve the accessibility and quality of primary personal health care services provided to the target group of Šalčininkai district. In order to reduce the high mortality rate of the population from the circulatory system, cerebral circulation and oncological diseases, to improve the care and supportive care services provided by the Eišiškės Personal Health Care Centre in the field of healthy ageing, the project is planning to purchase medical equipment and a targeted vehicle to visit patients at home. The project also plans to adapt the physical infrastructure of the Eišiškės Personal Health Centre to the needs of persons with disabilities. The implementation of the project will make it possible to improve the prevention of circulatory system diseases, cerebral and circulatory diseases, oncological diseases, children’s diseases, healthy ageing, the availability and quality of diagnostic and treatment services, thus reducing morbidity and mortality among the inhabitants of Šalčininkai district. Projektu „Eišiškių asmens sveikatos priežiūros centro pirminės asmens sveikatos priežiūros paslaugų prieinamumo ir kokybės gerinimas" bus siekiama pagerinti Šalčininkų rajono tikslinei grupei teikiamų pirminės asmens sveikatos priežiūros paslaugų prieinamumą ir kokybę. Siekiant sumažinti aukštą gyventojų mirtingumą nuo kraujotakos sistemos, galvos smegenų kraujotakos bei onkologinių ligų, pagerinti Eišiškių asmens sveikatos priežiūros centro sveiko senėjimo srityje teikiamas slaugos ir palaikomojo gydymo paslaugas, projekto metu planuojama įsigyti medicinos įrangą bei tikslinę transporto priemonę, skirtą pacientams lankyti namuose. Taip pat projektu planuojama Eišiškių asmens sveikatos priežiūros centro fizinę infrastruktūrą pritaikyti neįgaliųjų poreikiams. Projekto įgyvendinimas sudarys prielaidas pagerinti kraujotakos sistemos ligų, galvos smegenų ir kraujotakos ligų, onkologinių ligų, vaikų ligų, sveiko senėjimo srityse profilaktiką, diagnostinių bei gydymo paslaugų prieinamumą bei kokybę, tokiu būdu sumažinti Šalčininkų rajono gyventojų sergamumą bei mirtingumą.
