The aim of the project is to create a publicly accessible network of recharging points for electric vehicles in Panevėžys, in order to promote the use of electric vehicles and thus reduce the negative impact of transport on the environment. The project funds will be equipped with 3 electric vehicles access in Electric Street, Parko Street near Cido Arena and Savanorių a./Laisvės a. Panevėžys according to the plan approved by the Panevėžys City Municipality Council of Electromobile recharging points in Panevėžys City Municipality. The installation of electric vehicle charging stations in the city centre will ensure wider availability of electric power for electric vehicles in convenient areas of the city, which will be accessible to residents and guests of Panevėžys city. Projekto tikslas – sukurti viešai prieinamą elektromobilių įkrovimo prieigų tinklą Panevėžio mieste, siekiant skatinti elektromobilių naudojimą ir taip mažinti neigiamą transporto poveikį aplinkai. Projekto lėšomis bus įrengtos 3 elektromobilių prieigos Elektros gatvėje, Parko gatvėje prie Cido arenos ir Savanorių a./Laisvės a. Panevėžio mieste pagal Panevėžio miesto savivaldybės tarybos patvirtintą Elektromobilių įkrovimo prieigų Panevėžio miesto savivaldybėje planą. Elektromobilių įkrovimo stotelių įrengimas miesto centre užtikrins platesnį elektros energijos elektromobiliams prieinamumą patogiose miesto vietose, kuriuo galės naudotis Panevėžio miesto gyventojai ir miesto svečiai.
