The aim of the project is to help people experiencing social exclusion to integrate into the labour market by providing social integration services. The project will apply a strategy of cross-cutting impact measures to integrate target groups (TGs), i.e. people with disabilities, social risk families and children at social risk, into the labour market or learning environment. Project activities: — The TG will be motivated to join the project activities; — The TG will be consistently trained in social behaviour; — working skills will be developed through the production of leather products, candle molding and weaving activities; — individual psychological counselling, development of psychological resilience and healthy lifestyle skills will be applied; — the development of key competences will take into account the different needs of the TGs; — The TG will be informed about the choice of profession, job vacancies, vocational training; — an innovative training model will be used for the practical development of work skills; — The TG will be assisted in job search, interviews, job difficulties, etc.; — upskilling training and cooperation with partners from EU countries will be organised for project staff. Deliverables: — positive attitudes of the TG to working life have been developed; — strengthened social, work and task capacity of the IG; — improved psychological well-being for people who have survived a crisis or have experienced strong emotional experiences; — developed skills, habits and attitudes useful for health; — reinforced TGs’ various individual key competences; — work and professional experience acquired in practice in a real workplace; — ensuring access to suitable occupations and vocational training, access to employment and employment assistance; — at least 40 % The TG will start looking for a job, studying or working; — the staff working in the project will improve their qualifications and acquire international experience. Projekto tikslas - teikiant socialinės integracijos paslaugas, padėti socialinę atskirtį patiriantiems asmenims integruotis į darbo rinką. Projekte bus taikoma kompleksinių poveikio priemonių strategiją integruojant tikslines grupes (TG), t.y. neįgaliuosius, socialinės rizikos šeimas ir socialinės rizikos vaikus, į darbo rinką ar mokymosi aplinką. Projekto veiklos: - TG bus motyvuojama įsijungti į projekto veiklas; - TG bus nuosekliai mokoma socialinio elgesio; - gaminių iš odos gamybos, žvakių liejimo ir audimo veiklomis bus ugdomi darbiniai įgūdžiai; - bus taikomas individualus psichologinis konsultavimas, psichologinio atsparumo ir sveikos gyvensenos įgūdžių ugdymas; - atsižvelgiant į skirtingus TG poreikius bus ugdomi bendrieji gebėjimai; - TG bus informuojama apie profesijos pasirinkimą, laisvas darbo vietas, profesinį mokymą; - praktiniam darbo įgūdžių ugdymui bus naudojamas inovatyvus mokymo modelis; - TG bus padedama ieškoti darbo, dalyvauti pokalbiuose, spręsti iškilusius sunkumus įsidarbinus ir pan.; - projekto darbuotojams bus organizuojami kvalifikacijos kėlimo mokymai ir bendradarbiavimas su ES šalių partneriais. Siekiami rezultatai: - suformuotos TG teigiamos nuostatos į darbinę veiklą; - sustiprinti TG socialiniai, darbo ir užduočių atlikimo gebėjimai; - pagerinta psichologinė savijauta asmenims, išgyvenusiems krizę ar patyrusiems stiprius emocinius išgyvenimus; - išugdyti sveikatai naudingi gebėjimai, įpročiai bei nuostatos; - sustiprinti TG įvairūs individualūs bendrieji gebėjimai; - įgauta darbinė ir profesinė patirtis atliekant praktiką realioje darbo vietoje; - užtikrinta galimybė pasirinkti tinkančią profesiją ir profesinį mokymą, gauti pagalbą įsidarbinant ir įsidarbinus; - ne mažiau kaip 40 proc. TG asmenų pradės ieškoti darbo, mokytis ar dirbti; - projekte dirbantis personalas pakels savo kvalifikaciją ir įgis tarptautinę patirtį. (Lithuanian)
