The project will prepare a local development strategy for KlaipÄ-da IIT LAG. First of all, training will be carried out for the members of the Klaipėda IIT LAG in order to find out the purpose of the local development strategy and familiarise yourself with the rules of preparation. Later, the area will be analysed, covering different areas — business opportunities, social and health problems, promotion of community, etc. The analysis of the situation will involve various state and municipal institutions (the Supreme Police Commissariat, social services, culture, education, health care institutions, labour exchange) and social groups (NGOs, associations, communities) in order to identify the most pressing local problems. Official statistics and population survey data will be used to perform the analysis (the survey will be organised by Klaipėda City Municipality Administration). After the territorial analysis, public strategy preparation seminars will be organised to present the results of the territorial analysis, to organise discussions aimed at formulating the objectives of the strategy, objectives and indicators of monitoring effect and result (and to determine their desired values). A detailed action plan and budget for the implementation of the strategy will then be drawn up. The prepared strategy and its preparation process will be published on the website of Klaipeda City Municipality www.klaipeda.lt and facebook.com social network, information articles in local daily newspapers and radio reports will be published. The prepared local development strategy will be submitted for approval to the General Meeting of Members of Klaipėda IIT LAG members, as well as to the Klaipėda City Council (since it is planned that part of the funds for the implementation of the strategy will be allocated by Klaipėda City Municipality) and to the Klaipėda Regional Development Council. After approval by all institutions, the strategy will be submitted to the Ministry of the Interior of the Republic of Lithuania. (English) | |||||||||||||||

Projekto metu bus parengta Klaipėdos m. IIT VVG vietos plėtros strategija. Pirmiausiai bus vykdomi mokymai Klaipėdos m. IIT VVG nariams, siekiant išsiaiškinti vietos plėtros strategijos paskirtį, susipažinti su rengimo taisyklėmis. Vėliau bus atliekama teritorijos analizė, aprėpiant skirtingas sritis - verslo galimybių, socialinių bei sveikatos problemų, bendruomeniškumo skatinimo etc. Analizuojant situaciją bus bendraujama su įvairiomis valstybinėmis ir savivaldybės institucijomis (vyriausiojo policijos komisariato, socialinių paslaugų, kultūros, švietimo, sveikatos priežiūros įstaigomis, darbo birža) bei socialinėmis grupėmis (NVO, asociacijomis, bendrijomis) siekiant nustatyti aktualiausias vietos problemas. Analizei atlikti bus pasitelkiami oficialiosios statistikos bei gyventojų apklausos duomenys (apklausą organizuos Klaipėdos miesto savivaldybės administracija). Atlikus teritorijos analizę, bus organizuojami vieši strategijos rengimo seminarai, kuriuose bus pristatomi teritorijos analizės rezultatai, organizuojamos diskusijos, kurių tikslas - suformuluoti strategiijos tikslus, uždavinius bei stebėsenos efekto bei rezultato rodiklius (ir nustatyti pageidautinas jų reikšmes). Tada bus rengiamas detalus strategijos įgyvendinimo veiksmų planas ir biudžetas. Parengta strategija bei jos rengimo procesas bus viešinamas Klaipėdos m. savivaldybės interneto svetainėje www.klaipeda.lt ir socialiniame tinkle facebook.com, bus išspausdinti informaciniai straipsniai vietos dienraščiuose bei surengti radijo reportažai. Parengta vietos plėtros strategija bus pateikta tvirtinti Klaipėdos m. IIT VVG narių visuotiniam narių susirinkimui, taip pat Klaipėdos m. savivaldybės tarybai (kadangi planuojama, kad dalį lėšų strategijai įgyvendinti skirs Klaipėdos miesto savivaldybė) bei Klaipėdos regiono plėtros tarybai. Gavus visų institucijų pritarimą, strategija bus pateikta Lietuvos Respublikos vidaus reikalų ministerijai. (Lithuanian)
