The aim of the project is to implement the Lions Quest “Time Together” program of social and emotional education in Radviliskis district schools in order to improve the results of the standardised reading tests of fourth-class students. Seven schools of Radviliškis city and district will participate in the project: Alksniupiai, Pociūnėliai and Gražina primary schools, Baisogala school-garage, Grinkiškis Jonas Poderis and Šiauliai Marcelino Šikšnis Gymnasium and Vincas Kudirka progymnasium. Project partner — consulting school Kėdainiai Juozas Paukštelis progymnasium, which has seven years of experience in implementing social and emotional education program. During the project, 9 seminars will be organised (2 days, 16 a.m.) where school communities (primary teachers, student support specialists, school leaders, parents, service staff) will learn how to implement the social and emotional education programme in the school. 180 participants will participate in the training. The programme will be implemented in classes 54 to 4. The measures necessary for the implementation of the programme will be developed: Teacher’s job manager, Universal Program Manager, Family and School Partnership, Electronic Media. 36 lessons per school per school will be provided to implement this programme. During the implementation of the programme, teachers will be provided with consultations on the implementation of the methodology, which will be provided by project consultant Dr. Daiva Šukytė, meetings-discussion, and the monitoring of open activities in Kėdainiai Juozas Paukštelis progymnasium. The programme will help teachers create a safe learning environment and teach children the skills to achieve success in school and life, and promote public cooperation in raising a caring and responsible young generation. The result of this education — important skills in life — is a link between academic knowledge and success in school, family, community. Projekto tikslas – diegti Radviliškio rajono mokyklose socialinio ir emocinio ugdymo Lions Quest „Laikas kartu“ programą , siekiant pagerinti ketvirtos klasės mokinių standartizuotų skaitymo testų rezultatus. Projekte dalyvaus septynios veiklą tobulinančios Radviliškio miesto ir rajono mokyklos: Alksniupių, Pociūnėlių ir Gražinos pagrindinės mokyklos, Baisogalos mokykla-darželis, Grinkiškio Jono Poderio ir Šiaulėnų Marcelino Šikšnio gimnazijos bei Vinco Kudirkos progimnazija. Projekto partnerė - konsultuojanti mokykla Kėdainių Juozo Paukštelio progimnazija, kuri turi septynerių metų patirtį diegiant socialinio ir emocinio ugdymo programą. Projekto metu bus organizuojami 9 seminarai (2-jų dienų, 16 ak. val.), kuriose mokyklos bendruomenės (pradinių klasių mokytojai, pagalbos mokiniui specialistai, mokyklų vadovai, tėvai, aptarnaujantis personalas) mokysis kaip įgyvendinti socialinio ir emocinio ugdymo programą mokykloje. Viso mokymuose dalyvaus 180 asmenų. Programa bus įgyvendinama 54iose 1–4 klasėse. Bus parengtos programai įgyvendinti būtinos priemonės: Mokytojo darbo vadovas, Universalus programos vadovas, Šeimos ir mokyklos partnerystė, elektroninės laikmenos. Įgyvendinti šiai programai kiekvienai klasei bus skirtos 36 pamokos per mokslo metus. Įgyvendinant programą mokytojams bus teikiamos metodikos diegimo konsultacijos, kurias teiks projekto konsultantė dr. Daiva Šukytė, vyks susitikimai–diskusijos, atvirų veiklų stebėjimas Kėdainių Juozo Paukštelio progimnazijoje. Programa padės mokytojams sukurti saugią mokymosi aplinką ir išmokys vaikus įgūdžių, padedančių pasiekti sėkmę mokykloje ir gyvenime, skatins visuomenės bendradarbiavimą auginant rūpestingą ir atsakingą jaunąją kartą. Šio ugdymo rezultatas – gyvenime svarbus įgūdžiai – tai grandis, susiejanti akademines žinias su sėkme mokykloje, šeimoje, bendruomenėje. Įgyvendinus programą Lions Quest „Laikas kartu“ mokiniai įgis ne tik gyvenimiškų įgūdžių, bet ir pagerės jų skaitymo rezultatai. (Lithuanian)
