The aim of the project is to develop family services in the municipality of Kalvarija and to increase the accessibility and quality of services provided in the community. Group coaching activities will be organised during which, based on their insights, with the help of a coaching specialist, clients will model future actions that are applied in practice, will be encouraged — to grow, improve, strengthen family, relationships, and communication with children.     Projekto tikslas - plėtoti paslaugas šeimai Kalvarijos savivaldybėje ir padidinti bendruomenėje teikiamų paslaugų prieinamumą ir kokybę. Kalvarijos socialinių paslaugų centre įsikurs Bendruomeniniai šeimos namai, užtikrinantys "vieno langelio" principą, organizuos ir koordinuos paslaugų šeimai teikimą, identifikuos pagalbos reikalingas šeimas, individualiai konsultuos asmenis ir teiks informaciją apie savivaldybėje teikiamas paslaugas, bendradarbiaus su projekto partneriu, nukreips asmenis į tikslines grupes ir į individualias specialisto konsultacijas, organizuos informacines iniciatyvas. Religinė bendrija Vilkaviškio vyskupijos "Caritas" organizuos veiklas. Psichologas ir socialinis darbuotojas teiks individualias psichosocialines paslaugas. Psichologo konsultacijos bus teikiamos asmenims, išgyvenantiems krizę ar patyrusiems traumuojančius emocinius išgyvenimus ir jų šeimos nariams, artimiesiems. Individualios socialinio darbuotojo konsultacijos asmenims(šeimoms) bus teikiamos siekiant sudaryti sąlygas tapti aktyvesniais bendruomenės nariais save realizuojant visomis galimomis priemonėmis ir būdais. Asmenys (šeimos) turės galimybę dalyvauti grupinėse psichologo konsultacijose skirtingose grupėse. Bus ugdomi savęs pažinimo, bendravimo ir kiti įgūdžiai, skatinama socialinė integracija. Bus organizuojami grupiniai koučingo užsiėmimai, kurių metu remdamasis savo įžvalgomis, padedant koučingo specialistui, klientai modeliuos būsimus veiksmus, kurie pritaikomi praktikoje, bus skatinami - augti, tobulėti, stiprinti šeimą, santykius, bendravimą su vaikais. Projekto partneris vykdys šeimos įgūdžių ugdymo ir sociokultūrines paslaugas. Dalyviai turės galimybę savo problemas spręsti, atsakymus rasti šeimos klubų, stovyklų metu. Bus sudarytos tėvystės įgūdžių ugdymo grupės. Bus teikiamos vaikų priežiūros ir pavežėjimo paslaugos. (Lithuanian)
