UAB „METALIKA LT“ pagrindinė veiklos sritis – metalo konstrukcijų gamyba pramonei ir civilinei statybai. UAB „METALIKA LT“ projektams įgyvendinti naudojamos šiuolaikiškos metalo apdirbimo technologijos. Gaminiams išrašome „Atitikties deklaraciją“, suteikiame 5 m garantiją. Įmonėje dirba aukštos kvalifikacijos suvirintojai, šaltkalviai, metalo paviršiaus valymo, metalo konstrukcijų dažymo specialistai, jų dauguma turi kvalifikacinius sertifikatus. Siekiant pilnai patenkinti klientų poreikius, įmonė didelį dėmesį skiria gaminių kokybei, laikomės patvirtintų tarptautinių kokybės valdymo standartų ISO 3834, EN 1090 reikalavimų. Bendrovės gaminiai puikiai vertinami ne tik Lietuvoje , bet ir užsienyje (Norvegija, Kazachstanas, Švedija ir kitos šalys). Įmonėje dirba 41 darbuotojas, 2016 m apyvarta sudarė 1,67 mln. Eur, bendrovė yra stipriai auganti. Siekiant padidinti įmonės verslo efektyvumą, planuojamas atlikti energijos suvartojimo auditas įmonėje UAB „METALIKA LT“, auditas leistų detaliai išanalizuoti labiausiai energijos vartojimui imlias vietas, analizuojant įmonę kompleksiškai, identifikuoti sritis (ar technologinio proceso dalis), kuriose tikslinga atlikti detalesnį energijos vartojimo auditą ir/ar analizę, gauti ekonomiškai pagrįstas energijos taupymo priemones kurios ateityje būtų siekiama įsidiegti. Energijos suvartojimo auditas sumažintų energijos vartojimo neapibrėžtumą, įmonė galėtų tiksliai įvertinti visus energijos nuostolius gamybos procesuose ir įrenginiuose ir numatyti priemones energijos nuostoliams sumažinti. The main activity of UAB “METALIKA LT” is the production of metal structures for industry and civil construction. UAB “METALIKA LT” projects use modern metal processing technologies. We make out the “Declaration of Conformity” for the products and give a 5 m warranty. The company employs highly qualified welders, locksmiths, metal surface cleaning, metal construction painting specialists, most of them have qualification certificates. In order to fully meet the needs of our customers, the company pays great attention to the quality of products, we follow the requirements of international quality management standards ISO 3834, EN 1090. The company’s products are excellent not only in Lithuania, but also abroad (Norway, Kazakhstan, Sweden and other countries). The company employs 41 employees, in 2016 turnover amounted to EUR 1.67 million, the company is strongly growing. In order to increase the efficiency of the company’s business, it is planned to carry out an energy consumption audit in UAB “METALIKA LT”, the audit would allow to analyse in detail the most energy-intensive places, analysing the company in a complex manner, identifying areas (or parts of the technological process) where it is appropriate to carry out a more detailed energy consumption audit and/or analysis, to obtain economically justifiable energy-saving measures to be implemented in the future. Energy audits would reduce the uncertainty of energy consumption, allow the company to accurately estimate all energy losses in production processes and installations and provide for measures to reduce energy losses.
