Nors pagrindinė UAB „ART21“ įmonės veikla yra specializuoti programinės įrangos sprendimai žemės ūkio sektoriui, didinantys darbo našumą bei mažinantys sąnaudas, tačiau įmonė taip pat užsiima ir konsultacine veikla. Įmonė sertifikuota teikti konsultacijas: ūkio veiklos buhalterinės apskaitos tvarkymo, agrarinės aplinkosaugos ir ūkininkavimo saugomose teritorijose, žemės ūkio veiklos valdymo reikalavimų, geros agrarinės ir aplinkosaugos būklės standartų ir darbo saugos reikalavimų klausimai. Įmonė yra patvirtinta augalų apsaugos mokymo įstaiga. Be to įmonė teikia konsultacijas verslo pradžios ir vystymo klausimais. Nors šiuo metu įmonė ir plačiai nereklamuoja savo teikiamų konsultavimo paslaugų, tačiau yra jaučiamas didelis jų poreikis. Konsultacijoms teikti būtina išsiaiškinti kliento situaciją, poreikius ir lūkesčius. Šis procesas atima nemažai laiko, kurio esamiems konsultantams trūksta, o klientas iki konsultacijų pradžios sunkiai supranta konsultacijų esmę, programą ir rezultatus. Siekiant naudotojams pateikti paprastesnį būdą susipažinti su įmonės teikiamomis paslaugomis, bei pagerinti paslaugos teikimo procesą, norima sukurti naują paslaugos dizainą. Klientai, interneto svetainėje atsakę į pateikiamus klausimynus galėtų nustatyti paslaugos poreikį, pateikti reikiamą informaciją, reikalingą konsultacijų programai paruošti, gauti komercinį pasiūlymą paslaugos teikimui, matyti susijusių konsultantų darbo kalendorių, užsisakyti paslaugą rezervuojant laisvą laiką, gauti su paslauga susijusius dokumentus (medžiagą, sąskaitą ir pan.). Šio projekto metu norima pakeisti paslaugos teikimo schemą, kad ji būtų ženkliai patogesnė galutiniam naudotojui. Nauja paslauga bus prieinama naudotojui interneto svetainėje. Paslauga taps prieinama platesnei tikslinių naudotojų grupei, įneš daugiau aiškumo, leis klientams efektyviau planuotis savo laiką. (Lithuanian)

Although the main activity of UAB “ART21” is specialised software solutions for the agricultural sector, which increase labour productivity and reduce costs, the company is also engaged in consulting activities. The company is certified to provide advice: accounting of farm activities, agri-environment and farming in protected areas, requirements for the management of agricultural activities, standards for good agricultural and environmental condition and occupational safety requirements. The establishment is an approved plant protection training institution. In addition, the company provides advice on business start-up and development issues. Although the company currently does not advertise its consultancy services widely, there is a strong need for them. To provide consultations it is necessary to find out the client’s situation, needs and expectations. This process takes a considerable amount of time, which is lacking for existing consultants, and the client has difficulty understanding the essence, programme and results of the consultation before the start of the consultation. In order to provide users with a simpler way to get acquainted with the services provided by the company, and to improve the service delivery process, we want to create a new service design. Customers who responded to the questionnaires on the website could identify the need for the service, provide the necessary information to prepare the consultation program, receive a commercial offer to provide the service, see the calendar of the related consultants’ work, order the service when booking free time, get documents related to the service (material, invoice, etc.). This project aims to change the service delivery scheme in order to make it much more user-friendly. The new service will be accessible to the user on the website. The service will become available to a wider group of target users, bring more clarity and allow customers to plan their time more efficiently. (English)
