Projekto tikslas- plėtoti paslaugas šeimai Varėnos rajono savivaldybėje ir padidinti bendruomenėje teikiamų paslaugų prieinamumą ir kokybę. Varėnos socialinių paslaugų centre įsikurs VO „Ištieskime ranką vaikui“ specialistai, kurie įsteigtuose Bendruomeniniuos šeimos namuose, užtikrins „vieno langelio“ principą, organizuos ir koordinuos paslaugų šeimai teikimą, identifikuos pagalbos reikalingas šeimas, individualiai konsultuos asmenis ir teiks informaciją telefonu apie rajone teikiamas paslaugas ir vykdomas programas, bendradarbiaus su projekto partneriais, nukreips asmenis į tikslines grupes ir į individualias specialisto konsultacijas, organizuos informacines iniciatyvas ir vykdys šias projekte numatytas veiklas, kurių metu 126 asmenų tėvystės įgūdžių grupėje mokysis, stiprins savo tėvystės gebėjimus ir sieks vaikams padėti atskleisti savo galimybes, 13 asmenų tobulins/įgys pasirengimo gimdymui ir kūdikio priežiūros įgūdžių, individualios ir grupines psichologo konsultacijos bus suteiktos 461 asmeniui, 69 panašių socialinių problemų (patiriančių socialinę atskirtį, vaikų su vystymosi, raidos, elgesio ir emocijų sutrikimais integracijos problemas, ankstyvą tėvystę, smurtą šeimoje ar priklausomybes nuo žalingų įpročių ir kt.) turinčių asmenų, mokysis jas spręsti užsiėmimų ir stovyklos metu, mediacijos paslaugos bus suteiktos 45 asmenims, kurie taikiai negali susitarti dėl vaiko gyvenamosios vietos nustatymo, išlaikymo priteisimo ir pan. Veiklose dalyvaujančioms šeimoms, auginančioms vaikus nuo 3 metų iki mokyklinio amžiaus, užsiėmimų metu bus teikiama vaikų priežiūros paslauga (planuojama 6 vaikųai). Asmeninio asistento paslaugos bus suteiktos 10 unikalių asmenų - darbingo amžiaus asmenų su fizine ar kompleksine negalia. Per projekto įgyvendinimo laikotarpį bus siekiama suteikti kokybiškas paslaugas 620 asmenų. (Lithuanian)

The aim of the project is to develop family services in Varėna district municipality and to increase the availability and quality of services provided in the community. VO “Let’s develop a hand for a child” will be located in the social services centre of Varėna, who will ensure a “one-stop shop” in the community family home, organise and coordinate the provision of family services, identify the necessary families, individually consult individuals and provide information on the services and programmes available in the district, cooperate with project partners, direct people to target groups and individual specialist consultations, organise information initiatives and carry out the following project activities, during which 126 people in the paternity skills group will learn, strengthen their paternity abilities and seek to help children reveal their potential, 13 people will develop/acquire prenatal and baby care skills, individual and group counselling will be provided to 461 individuals, 69 similar social problems (failure to social exclusion, integration problems of children with developmental, developmental, behavioural and emotional impairments); people with early paternity, domestic violence or addictions to harmful habits, etc.) will learn how to deal with them during classes and camps, mediation services will be provided to 45 people who are peacefully unable to agree on a child’s residence, maintenance, etc. Families involved in activities with children between 3 years of age and school age will be provided with a childcare service during the classes (6 children are planned). Personal assistant services will be provided to 10 unique persons — people of working age with physical or complex disabilities. During the project implementation period, the aim will be to provide quality services to 620 people. (English)
