Pasaulyje ir Lietuvoje sparčiai besivystančios informacinės technologijos (toliau –IT) reikalauja greitai įsisavinti naujausias IT žinias ir jas taikyti, kuriant naujus produktus. Todėl klasterio koordinatorius UAB „Baltic Orbis“ subūrė įmones (privačius juridinius asmenis) ir įgyvendins Informacijos ir ryšių sektorinių kompetencijų ugdymo projektą. Visi projekto partneriai veikdami sektoriuje „Informacija ir ryšiai“ vykdo informacinių paslaugų veiklas, kompiuterių programavimo, konsultacines ir susijusias veiklas. _x000D_Projekto „IT Kompetencijos – 1“ išskirtinumas – numatyta įgyti specialiąsias IT žinias, susijusias su IT projektų valdymu pagal pagrindines metodologijas, IT įmonių procesų optimizavimu ir kokybės užtikrinimu IT įmonėse, programavimo žinių gilinimu, apimant įvairias programavimo kalbas, Exchange Server 2013, mikrovaldiklių inžinerija._x000D_Šis projektas būtinas, siekiant užtikrinti nuolatinį darbuotojų IT kvalifikacijos lygio palaikymą, jų profesinius gebėjimus. Projekte suplanuoti mokymai taip, kad įmonių darbuotojams būtų sudarytos galimybės gauti aukščiausios kokybės specialiuosius IT mokymus. (Lithuanian)

The rapidly evolving information technology (IT) in the world and Lithuania requires rapid uptake of the latest IT knowledge and its application in the development of new products. Therefore, the coordinator of the cluster, UAB Baltic Orbis, has brought together companies (private legal entities) and will implement the Information and Communication Sectoral Competence Development Project. All project partners are engaged in information services, computer programming, consulting and related activities in the “Information and Communications” sector. _x000D_The uniqueness of the project “IT Competences — 1” is intended to acquire specific IT knowledge related to IT project management according to basic methodologies, optimisation and quality assurance of IT enterprise processes in IT companies, enhancement of programming knowledge, including various programming languages, Exchange Server 2013, microcontroller engineering._x000D_This project is necessary to ensure continuous maintenance of the staff’s IT qualification level and their professional skills. The project has planned training in such a way as to enable employees of companies to receive the highest quality specific IT training. (English)
