Projekto tikslas yra teikti integracijos į darbo rinką paslaugas Romų bendruomenės nariams, siekiant išvengti jų socialinės atskirties, sudarant sąlygas įsitraukti į darbo rinką, skatinti motyvaciją dirbti ir, naudojant inovatyvias karjeros ugdymo priemones, sudaryti sąlygas įgyti ir kelti kvalifikaciją, įsitvirtinti ir dalyvauti visuomenės gyvenime bei formuoti teigiamą požiūrį į romų bendruomenę, naikinti stereotipus, keisti darbdavio – darbuotojo santykius įdarbinant romus. Projekte bus derinamos veiklos, skirtos įgyti formalų ir neformalų Romams adaptuotą profesinį mokymą bei atlikti praktiką darbo vietoje su mentoriumi pagal pasirinktas ir detaliai aptartas su socialiniais darbuotojais ir jų padėjėjais, profesijas ar amatus, aprašytus individualiuose asmens karjeros planuose. Projektas teiks prioritetą paramai ir tarpininkavimui įsidarbinant, verslo įmonių-partnerių paieškai ir telkimui bei neigiamų stereotipų laužymui visusmenėje ir pačioje Romų bendruomenėje. The aim of the project is to provide labour market integration services to members of the Roma community, in order to avoid their social exclusion, by enabling them to enter the labour market, to promote motivation to work and, using innovative career development tools, to create conditions for the acquisition and upskilling of qualifications, to establish and participate in society and to develop a positive attitude towards the Roma community, to eliminate stereotypes, and to change the employer-employee relationship by employing Roma. The project will combine activities designed to acquire formal and informal vocational training adapted to Roma and to carry out on-the-job internships with a mentor in accordance with selected and detailed discussions with social workers and their assistants, professions or crafts described in individual career plans. The project will give priority to support and mediation in employment, search for and mobilise business-partners and break down negative stereotypes in all and in the Roma community itself. (English)
