PROBLEMOS SPRENDIMO BŪDAI: padidinti įmonės darbo našumą,apyvartą, optimizuojant įmonės vidinius ir išorinius procesus, įdiegiant kompleksišką ir integralų, įmonės vidinius ir išorinius procesus apimantį, e-verslo sprendimą, atitinkantį įmonės viziją ir darbuotojų poreikius. JSC “Simatra” is a company established in 1999, whose main activity is transportation of selected cargoes from the Balkans and Turkey. The project is determined by the unoptimised internal and external processes of the company, which affect the company’s productivity, turnover and overall competitiveness of the company. The following problems are encountered: 1. Low labor productivity. 2. under-exploited competitive opportunities.3. significant time losses in individual company processes (internal and external). 4. Reduced maximum sales volume. SOLUTIONS TO THE PROBLEM: increase the productivity of the company,turnover, optimising the internal and external processes of the company, introducing a complex and integral, internal and external processes of the company, e-business solution that meets the company’s vision and employee needs.
