Projektas „Lietuvos darbo biržos informacinės sistemos Edbirža pritaikymas Jaunimo garantijų iniciatyvos projektų veiklai“ bus įgyvendinamas su partneriu – Jaunimo reikalų departamentu prie Socialinės apsaugos ir darbo ministerijos. Projekto veiklos: • informacinės sistemos vystymas, sukuriant JGI įgyvendinimo stebėsenos modulį: • darbuotojų, dalyvaujančių JGI įgyvendinime ir dirbsiančių su JGI įgyvendinimo stebėsenos moduliu, mokymai. Projekto siektinas produkto rodiklis - sukurtas ir naudojamas Jaunimo garantijų iniciatyvos įgyvendinimo stebėsenos modulis. Projekto metu numatoma automatizuoti neaktyvaus jaunimo JGI procesus, sukurti jaunimo garantijų įgyvendinimo stebėsenos modulį, kuris leis užtikrinti savalaikį JGI priemonių jaunimui taikymą, JGI projektų veiklų įgyvendinimą ir lėšų panaudojimo ir rodiklių stebėseną. Bus formuojamos jaunimo garantijų įgyvendinimo stebėsenos rodiklių ataskaitas pagal LDB ir JRD ir teikiamos Socialinės apsaugos ir darbo ministerijos darbuotojams JGI priemonių įgyvendinimo stebėsenai vykdyti, projektų dalyvių ataskaitos teikiamos prie mokėjimo prašymų. The project “Adaptation of the Lithuanian Labour Exchange Information System Edbirža for Youth Guarantee Project Activities” will be implemented with a partner — the Department of Youth Affairs under the Ministry of Social Security and Labour. Project activities: • development of an information system through the development of a module for monitoring the implementation of the YG: • training of staff involved in the implementation of the YG and working with the monitoring module on the implementation of the YG. The output indicator of the project is the development and use of a module for monitoring the implementation of the Youth Guarantee. During the project, it is planned to automate the processes of inactive youth YG, to create a module for monitoring the implementation of the Youth Guarantee, which will ensure timely application of YG measures for young people, implementation of YG project activities and monitoring of the use of funds and indicators. Reports of indicators for monitoring the implementation of the Youth Guarantee under the LDB and the JRD will be drawn up and submitted to the staff of the Ministry of Social Security and Labour to monitor the implementation of YG measures, reports from project participants will be submitted to payment claims.
