2016 m. UAB "Pakma" planuoja įgyvendinti projektą „UAB „Pakma“ veiklos optimizavimas diegiant elektroninį verslo sprendimą". Šio projekto įgyvendinimo metu bus įsigyta naujausia įmonės poreikius atitinkanti verslo valdymo programinė įranga, jos diegimo darbai bei sistemos veikimui reikalingų techninių parametrų serveris, kompiuteriai. Projektas bus įgyvendinamas per 2016 m. Šių investicijų dėka bus sukurta vieninga verslo valdymo sistema, kuri leis optimizuoti 5 veiklos vykdymo procesus. Projektas sudarys tinkamas prielaidas didesnės pridėtinės vertės produktų kūrimui ir gamybai, leis efektyviau plėsti produkcijos realizacijos rinkas ir sudarys sąlygas mažinti sąnaudas, susidarančias dėl darbų persidengimo ir kitų procesų mažo integruotumo laipsnio, esant sudėtingam žaliavų ir sandėlio valdymui, integruotumo trūkumui. In 2016 UAB "Pakma" plans to implement the project "Optimisation of activities of UAB "Pakma" by installing an electronic business solution. During the implementation of this project, the latest business management software that meets the needs of the company, its installation works and the server of technical parameters necessary for the operation of the system will be purchased. The project will be implemented during 2016. Thanks to these investments, a unified business management system will be created, which will allow the optimisation of 5 business processes. The project will provide the right preconditions for the development and production of higher value-added products, will allow for a more efficient expansion of production outlet markets and will allow to reduce the costs arising from the low degree of integration of work overlaps and other processes in the case of complex raw materials and warehouse management, lack of integration.
