The project “Management of former asphalt concrete base areas in Panevėžys district municipality, Miežiškių sen., Trakiškis village” aims to contribute to the achievement of the objectives of the plan for the management of polluted areas 2013-2023. During the implementation of the project, it is planned to clean up the contaminated area in the past — the former asphalt concrete base, in Trakiškis village, Miežiškių sen., Panevėžys district, and remove the main source of pollution — bitumen in the site. As a result of the project, the contaminated site will become environmentally friendly and human health friendly and will ensure good chemical status of soil, soil and groundwater. Projektu „Buvusios asfaltbetonio bazės teritorijos Panevėžio r. sav., Miežiškių sen., Trakiškio k., sutvarkymas“ siekiama prisidėti prie Užterštų teritorijų tvarkymo 2013–2023 m. plano tikslų įgyvendinimo. Projekto įgyvendinimo metu planuojama sutvarkyti praeityje užterštą teritoriją – buvusią asfaltbetonio bazę, Trakiškio k., Miežiškių sen., Panevėžio r., ir pašalinti pagrindinį taršos šaltinį – bitumą teritorijos kasinyje. Įgyvendinus projektą užteršta teritorija taps nekenksminga aplinkai ir žmogaus sveikatai, bus užtikrinta gera dirvožemio, grunto bei gruntinio vandens cheminė būklė. Projektas baigiamas gavus Lietuvos geologijos tarnybos išvadą. (Lithuanian)
