The aim of the project is to provide integral assistance (social care and care) for disabled people of working age and elderly and advisory assistance to their family members in Šiauliai district. Two mobile teams of employees will be formed, the necessary vehicles, sanitary, hygienic goods, etc. will be purchased. During the project’s implementation, 34 people will be provided with integral assistance. In order to ensure that the relatives (family members) of the beneficiaries of Integral Assistance are better aware and ensure the needs of disabled and elderly people, the nursing professional will organise individual consultations. 20 family members are scheduled to be consulted. High-quality Integral Assistance and Consulting will be ensured by a high level of staff expertise. Qualified staff with a nurse/assistant qualification will be accepted. It will be raised during the implementation of the project through 1 day seminars. To publicise the project, articles on the Internet, posters, leaflets are planned, and it is planned to organise an information meeting with the residents of Šiauliai district. Projekto tikslas - suteikti integralią pagalbą (socialinę globą ir slaugą) neįgaliems darbingo amžiaus ir senyvo amžiaus asmenims bei konsultacinę pagalbą jų šeimos nariams Šiaulių rajone. Bus suburtos dvi mobilios darbuotojų komandos, įsigyti darbui reikalingi automobiliai, sanitarinės, higienos prekės ir kt. Projekto įgyvendinimo laikotarpiu integrali pagalba bus suteikta 34 asmenims. Siekiant užtikrinti, kad integralios pagalbos gavėjų artimieji (šeimos nariai) geriau suvoktų bei užtikrintų neįgalių bei senyvo amžiaus asmenų poreikius, slaugos specialistas organizuos individualias konsultacijas. Numatoma konsultuoti 20 šeimos narių. Kokybišką integralios pagalbos teikimą ir konsultavimą užtikrins aukšta darbuotojų kompetencija. Bus priimti kvalifikuoti darbuotojai, turintys slaugytojo, slaugytojo padėjėjo kvalifikaciją. Ji bus keliama projekto įgyvendinimo metu organizuojant 1 dienos seminarus. Projektui viešinti numatomi straipsniai internete, plakatai, lankstinukai, planuojama organizuoti informacinį susitikimą su Šiaulių rajono gyventojais. (Lithuanian)
