UAB “METALISTAS LT” is one of the oldest successful metal processing companies in Lithuania, leading fasteners, mufflers for ships, furniture fittings and non-standard products (conveyors, various tanks, containers and metal constructions for the construction industry) in Lithuania, offering a wide range of products and technical solutions. The main goal of the company is to become the most advanced management methods and state-of-the-art equipment-based metalworking company in the Baltic States. At present, the company faces problems in managing business processes, which is why it is relatively low in terms of productivity. In order to increase the efficiency of the company’s activities, it is planned to implement the project “Increasing productivity of work of METALISTAS LT by introducing intoviable management methods”. After the implementation of management methods, the planned results of the project (increase in productivity and operational efficiency) will have a positive impact on the economic development of both the company and Lithuania and will directly influence the city and region of Panevėžys. Pagrindinis įmonės tikslas yra tapti pažangiausiais vadybos metodais ir moderniausia įranga grindžiančia veiklą metalo apdirbimo įmone Baltijos šalyse. Šiuo metu įmonė susiduria su veiklos procesų valdymo problemomis, todėl yra gana žemas darbo našumas.
