During the implementation of the project, the activities supported by the description of financing — training and improvement of qualification of the employees of investors investing in production in the territory of the Republic of Lithuania will be carried out. 150 staff of the applicant will be trained during the implementation of the project. Projekto įgyvendinimo metu bus vykdomos pagal finansavimo aprašą remiama veikla – investuotojų, investuojančių Lietuvos Respublikos teritorijoje į gamybą, darbuotojų mokymas ir kvalifikacijos tobulinimas. Projekto įgyvendinimo metu bus apmokyti 150 pareiškėjo darbuotojai. Visi mokymuose dalyvavę asmenys gaus mokymų baigimo pažymėjimus. Projektas prisidės prie Užimtumo didinimo 2014–2020 metų programos įgyvendinimo tarpinstitucinio veiklos plano, patvirtinto Lietuvos Respublikos Vyriausybės 2014 m. vasario 26 d. nutarimu Nr. 204, įgyvendinimo.
