The aim of the project is to provide high-quality integral social care and care assistance to disabled and elderly persons and advisory assistance to their care relatives in Radviliškis district. During the project’s implementation, 38 people will be provided with integral support. In order to ensure that the relatives (family members) of the beneficiaries of Integral Assistance are better aware and ensure the needs of disabled and elderly people, nursing professionals will organise individual consultations. 10 persons are expected to be consulted individually. High-quality Integral Assistance and Consulting are ensured by a high level of staff expertise. Mobile team staff will participate in supervision, as well as training in team collaboration and art to communicate without conflict topics, with 11 participants participating in each training, but a total of 13 people will participate in the training. 2 events will be organised to promote informal assistance. Projekto tikslas – teikti kokybišką integralios socialinės globos ir slaugos pagalbos į namus paslaugą neįgaliems, senyvo amžiaus asmenims bei konsultacinę pagalbą juos prižiūrintiems artimiesiems Radviliškio rajone. Projekto įgyvendinimo laikotarpiu integrali pagalba bus suteikta 38 asmenims. Siekiant užtikrinti, kad integralios pagalbos gavėjų artimieji (šeimos nariai) geriau suvoktų bei užtikrintų neįgalių ir senyvo amžiaus asmenų poreikius, slaugos specialistai organizuos individualias konsultacijas. Individualiai numatoma konsultuoti 10 asmenų. Kokybišką integralios pagalbos teikimą ir konsultavimą užtikrina aukšta darbuotojų kompetencija. Mobilių komandų darbuotojai dalyvaus supervizijoje, bei mokymuose bendradarbiavimas komandoje ir menas bendrauti be konfliktų temomis, kiekvienuose mokymuose dalyvaus 11 asmenų, bet iš viso mokymuose dalyvaus 13 asmenų. Siekiant skatinti neformalią pagalbą, bus organizuoti 2 renginiai. Projektui viešinti numatomi straipsniai, lankstinukai, plakata (Lithuanian)
