UAB „FLOKATI“ gamina natūralios vilnos tekstilės gaminius (patalynę, drabužius vaikams ir suaugusiems, naminį apavą, reabilitacines juostas, kita). Bendrovė gamina 15 skirtingų produkcijos grupių, kurių didžiąją dalį parduoda nuosavose mažmeninės prekybos parduotuvėse Vilniuje, Kaune, Klaipėdoje, Panevėžyje, Marijampolėje. Siekdama didinti pagamintos produkcijos pardavimų be eksporto apimtis, bendrovė numato įdiegti el. komercijos sistemą, kuri įgalintų vykdyti prekybą internetu. Įdiegtas el. komercijos sprendimas būtų integruotas su klientų duomenų valdymo (CRM), sandėlio valdymo posistemės bei įmonės naudojama buhalterinės apskaitos programa. Projekte numatytų investicijų įgyvendinimas įgalintų ne tik padidinti įmonės pardavimų ir eksporto apimtis, tačiau taip pat padidintų įmonės darbo našumą bei konkurencingumą rinkoje. (Lithuanian)
