UAB “TESSUTI Naturali” is a textile weaving company whose efficiency gains are hampered by the fact that many business process operations are carried out manually, thus depriving employees of time and avoiding technical errors, as well as it is difficult to obtain in real time accurate information necessary to evaluate the company’s activities and make the best decisions. To solve these problems, an E-business project has been prepared, during which it is planned to acquire the necessary state-of-the-art equipment and implement e-business solutions that will allow more efficient management of production and business organisation processes, which will lead to an increase in the productivity of the company.
