Since 1995, Kopa, a private limited liability company for the design, publishing and printing of printing products, has been working on printing and printing works and is one of the largest printing companies in Lithuania. In order to remain competitive in the market, publishing companies must constantly expand the range of services offered and improve the quality of the products offered, increase the efficiency of their work. A draft is being submitted to address this problem. The main objective of the project is to increase productivity and competitiveness of closed-ended design and publishing joint stock company “Kopa” by implementing modern production technologies. During the project, the company will expand its production base and install advanced printing equipment, which will allow the company to substantially upgrade its production capacity. Siekiant išlikti konkurencingiems rinkoje, leidybos įmonės turi nuolat plėsti siūlomų paslaugų spektrą ir gerinti siūlomos produkcijos kokybę, didinti savo darbo efektyvumą. Šios problemos sprendimui ir teikiamas projektas. Pagrindinis projekto tikslas - uždarosios dizaino ir leidybos akcinės bendrovės „Kopa“ darbo našumo ir konkurencingumo didinimas diegiant modernias gamybos technologijas. Projekto metu įmonėje bus išplėsta gamybinė bazė, įdiegta pažangi spausdinimo įranga, kuri leis iš esmės atnaujinti įmonės gamybinius pajėgumus.
