Siekiant padidinti eksporto apimtis bei diversifikuoti rizikas, įeinant į kitas rinkas ir įvedant naujus produktus, nuspręsta tobulinti pastatų techninių elementų projektavimą ir gamybą, kurie būtų pritaikomi statyti ir gyvenamuosius bei daugiabučius mažaaukščius namus. Ekspertiniais tyrimais nustatyta, jog norint įsitvirtinti Šiaurės Europos ir Jungtinės Karalystės rinkose yra tikslinga gauti SINTEF Building and Infrastructure sertifikatą (SINTEF technical approve).
