The owners of the company’s shares are Lefter Evstatiev Lefterov with 51.08 % and Evstati Lefterov Lefterov with 48.92 %. The sole manager of the company is Lefter Lefterov. The company owns a pig breeder complex in the village of Balgarsko Slivovo, Svishtov Municipality. With this project, the company implements a new policy in the field of livestock production, through investments in aquaculture for diversification of production, through high quality marine crustaceans, ensuring low levels of production costs. The applicant will build in a new production building, the innovative for the Republic of Bulgaria (and within the EU), a closed saltwater recirculation system, supplied by an existing own drilling well with a flow of 4 l/s, into which water will be added special salt in order to achieve optimal conditions for shrimp farming. The farm will grow white Pacific shrimp, Latin called Litopenaeus vannamei, previously classified as Penaeus vannamei. For the design of the farm, the technology and practice of graduate technologists from the Netherlands, who have extensive experience in the construction and operation of shrimp farms, has been used. The farm will be FULLY — for the entire growing cycle — from hatching larvae from own uterine herd to — production of consumable size shrimp for marketing. The implementation of the planned activities and the use of RES will ensure positive cash flows that define the project as extremely profitable. "Биляна" ООД е дружество, малко предприятие основано през 1992 г., регистрирано по търговския закон и закон за рибарството и аквакултурите , с основен предмет на дейност "производство на свинско месо, разплодни и племенни животни, малки прасета, други селскостопански животни, риба, месни произведения, кожи, зърнени храни, фуражни смески". Собственици на дяловете на дружеството са Лефтер Евстатиев Лефтеров с 51.08% и Евстати Лефтеров Лефтеров с 48.92%. Единствен управител на дружеството е Лефтер Лефтеров. Дружеството притежава собствен животновъден свинекомплекс в с. Българско Сливово, община Свищов. За проектирането на фермата, е използвана технологията и практиката на дипломирани технолози от Нидерландия, които имат богат опит в изграждането и оперирането на скаридени ферми. Фермата ще бъде пълносистемна - за целия цикъл на отглеждане - от люпене на ларви от собствено маточно стадо до - производство на консумативен размер скарида за предлагане на пазара. Voor het ontwerp van de boerderij is gebruik gemaakt van de technologie en praktijk van afgestudeerde technologen uit Nederland, die ruime ervaring hebben in de bouw en exploitatie van garnalenkwekerijen. De boerderij zal — voor de gehele groeicyclus — van het uitkomen van larven uit eigen baarmoederveestapel tot de productie van verbruiksgarnaal voor het in de handel brengen zijn. De uitvoering van de geplande activiteiten en het gebruik van hernieuwbare energiebronnen zullen zorgen voor positieve kasstromen die het project als uiterst winstgevend beschouwen. "Biliana" Ltd. è una piccola società fondata nel 1992, registrata ai sensi della legge commerciale e della legge sulla pesca e l'acquacoltura, con l'attività principale "produzione di carni suine, animali da riproduzione e tribali, suini di piccole dimensioni, altri animali da allevamento, pesce, prodotti a base di carne, pelli, cereali, miscele di mangimi". I proprietari delle azioni della società sono Lefter Evstatiev Lefterov con 51,08 % e Evstati Lefterov Lefterov con il 48,92 %. L'unico direttore della società è Lefter Lefterov. L'azienda produrrà gamberi bianchi del Pacifico, il latino Litopenaeus vannamei, precedentemente classificato come Penaeus vannamei. Per la progettazione dell'azienda, è stata utilizzata la tecnologia e la pratica di tecnologi laureati dei Paesi Bassi, che hanno una vasta esperienza nella costruzione e gestione di allevamenti di gamberetti. L'azienda agricola sarà FULLY — per l'intero ciclo vegetativo — dalle larve da cova dalla propria mandria uterina alla produzione di gamberetti di taglia consumabile per la commercializzazione.
