CultuurSpoor Best heeft de ontwikkeling van de inwoners van Best als missie. Haar doel is om iedereen zo volwaardig mogelijk te laten deelnemen in de maatschappij. Dat doet zij door mensen in Best vanuit één centrale plek laagdrempelig toegang tot haar aanbod te bieden. Dat aanbod bestaat uit veel meer dan alleen de traditionele bibliotheekfuncties. CultuurSpoor Best biedt een kwalitatief aanbod op het gebied van lezen en leesbevordering, mediawijsheid en kunst- en cultuureducatie. Aangezien deze activiteiten onder hetzelfde dak plaatsvinden zal de komende periode in het teken staan van de toenemende samenwerking met diverse partijen. De bibliotheek wordt steeds meer een netwerkorganisatie. Die verschuiving heeft tot gevolg dat de medewerkers van de diverse afdelingen veel meer dan voorheen oog moeten hebben voor andermans doelen en naar buiten moeten treden. Het vraagt om een wezenlijk andere mindset en om nieuwe vaardigheden om in zo'n netwerkorganisatie te functioneren. Vandaar dat er is gekozen om hieraan te werken met behulp van het ESF. (Dutch)

CultuurSpoor Best has the development of the inhabitants of Best as a mission. Its aim is to ensure that everyone participates in society as fully as possible. She does this by providing people in Best with easy access to its offer from one central location. That offer consists of much more than just the traditional library functions. CultuurSpoor Best offers a quality offer in the field of reading and reading promotion, media literacy and art and cultural education. As these activities take place under the same roof, the coming period will be marked by increasing cooperation with various parties. The library is increasingly becoming a network organisation. This shift means that the employees of the various departments have to be much more aware of other people’s goals than before. It requires a fundamentally different mindset and new skills to operate in such a network organisation. This is why it has been chosen to work on this with the ESF. (English)

CultuurSpoor Best a le développement des habitants de Best comme une mission. Son objectif est de faire en sorte que chacun participe aussi pleinement que possible à la société. Elle le fait en offrant aux gens de Best un accès facile à son offre à partir d’un emplacement central. Cette offre consiste en bien plus que les fonctions traditionnelles de la bibliothèque. CultuurSpoor Best offre une offre de qualité dans le domaine de la lecture et de la promotion de la lecture, de l’éducation aux médias et de l’éducation artistique et culturelle. Ces activités se déroulant sous le même toit, la période à venir sera marquée par une coopération accrue avec diverses parties. La bibliothèque devient de plus en plus une organisation réseau. Ce changement signifie que les employés des divers ministères doivent être beaucoup plus conscients des objectifs des autres qu’auparavant. Cela nécessite une mentalité fondamentalement différente et de nouvelles compétences pour opérer dans une telle organisation de réseau. C’est pourquoi il a été choisi de travailler à ce sujet avec le FSE. (French)

CultuurSpoor Best hat die Entwicklung der Bewohner von Best als Mission. Ihr Ziel ist es, sicherzustellen, dass sich alle an der Gesellschaft so umfassend wie möglich beteiligen. Sie tut dies, indem sie Menschen in Best einen einfachen Zugang zu seinem Angebot von einer zentralen Lage bietet. Dieses Angebot besteht aus viel mehr als nur den traditionellen Bibliotheksfunktionen. CultuurSpoor Best bietet ein Qualitätsangebot auf dem Gebiet der Lese- und Leseförderung, Medienkompetenz und Kunst- und Kulturerziehung. Da diese Aktivitäten unter demselben Dach stattfinden, wird die kommende Periode von einer verstärkten Zusammenarbeit mit verschiedenen Parteien geprägt sein. Die Bibliothek wird zunehmend zu einer Netzwerkorganisation. Diese Verschiebung bedeutet, dass die Mitarbeiter der verschiedenen Abteilungen die Ziele anderer Personen viel besser kennen müssen als bisher. Sie erfordert eine grundlegend andere Denkweise und neue Fähigkeiten, um in einer solchen Netzwerkorganisation zu arbeiten. Deshalb wurde beschlossen, mit dem ESF daran zu arbeiten. (German)
