Van de Wetering wil graag inzicht in de duurzame inzetbaarheid van zijn medewerkers en inzicht in de flexibiliteit van de arbeidsorganisatie om toekomstige problemen te voorkomen door een meer preventief beleid te voeren op het gebied van ontwikkelmogelijkheden, flexibilisering en mobiliteitsmogelijkheden. Door middel van een scan kan het huidige vertrekpunt worden bepaald en geeft deze richting aan toekomstige, te ontwikkelen indicatoren, om medewerkers duurzaam op een prettige maar toch flexibele wijze in te zetten. Van de Wetering wants to understand the sustainable employability of its employees and insight into the flexibility of the work organisation to prevent future problems by implementing a more preventive policy in the areas of development opportunities, flexibilisation and mobility opportunities. By means of a scan, the current starting point can be determined and gives this direction to future indicators to be developed, in order to sustainably deploy employees in a pleasant yet flexible way. Au moyen d’une analyse, le point de départ actuel peut être déterminé et donne cette orientation aux indicateurs futurs à développer, afin de déployer durablement les employés d’une manière agréable mais flexible. Mit Hilfe eines Scans lässt sich der aktuelle Ausgangspunkt bestimmen und gibt diese Richtung zu zukünftigen Indikatoren, die entwickelt werden sollen, um die Mitarbeiter angenehm und flexibel nachhaltig einzusetzen.
