Installatiebedrijf Hulsman B.V. heeft sinds 1-1-2018 een koerswijziging gemaakt en is gaan specialiseren op het gebied van energieneutraal (nieuw)bouwen. Door deze wijziging is een nieuwe impuls ontstaan. Het bedrijf heeft 3 oudere medewerkers, waarvan er 2 een al zeer lang dienstverband met het bedrijf hebben. Dit geldt ook voor een tweetal monteurs. De veranderende koers, klantvraag en technische ontwikkelingen maken dat het voor deze oudere medewerkers lastig is om passend inzetbaar te blijven. Tot de overname door de huidige directeur is te weinig aandacht besteed aan de ontwikkeling van haar personeel, waardoor kennisachterstand en duurzame inzetbaarheid een hindernis dreigen te worden voor de organisatie. Het bedrijf heeft grote groeikansen, die enkel succesvol gerealiseerd kunnen worden met de passende inzet van alle medewerkers. Om deze redenen wenst het bedrijf de expertise van AIM Timmer B.V. in te zetten om te werken aan een gezond, vitaal en veilige werkomgeving, waarin de arbeidsmobiliteit wordt verbeterd; het bedrijf richt zich op de kansen voor doorontwikkeling van haar personeel en wenst hierbij eveneens de leercultuur binnen de organisatie te verbeteren.
