Recreation Centre Ter Spegelt BV is a five-star leisure park in Eersel. With over 900 camping pitches and numerous facilities, TerSpegelt has long outgrown the status of a regular campsite. In high season TerSpegelt has 250 employees. Among these employees are also a large number of school/studying parttimers who are increasingly demanding their jobs. Their motivation to work is no longer limited to earning money. They require guidance, a well-organised working environment, in-work programmes and development perspectives. If TerSpegelt cannot offer them this, this will lead to a (too) large turnover of weekend and holiday workers and early in their career to a (too) limited development of their skills. It also complicates the flow to permanent positions. Where the management tasks of a manager were largely limited to merely instructing up to ten years ago, coaching and well-organised leadership is now required, focusing in particular on skills development. However, the group of managers consists of mature operational staff, a large part of whose tasks still consist of operational tasks and who have little or no knowledge of leadership. The current situation is that weekend and holiday workers do not feel the full potential of their young careers and that managers experience relatively high work stress and high workload and above all feel unfamiliar with their management tasks. In addition, employees feel that there is too little formalisation in terms of development and coaching leadership, which means that it is mainly based on improvisation of the individual manager. For these reasons, the applicant intends to engage external advisor Will Daniëls to have them advise and guide them in the implementation of a policy on coaching leadership and talent management.
