At s Heeren Loo Zorggroep branch Julianadorp often unsafe situations occur — often involving care clients. In the facilitary department, the entire team has spent too little or no time on structural embedding and working on safety. It is very important for both employees and staff to improve this situation. External advisor Luuk Oosting of SWB is going to help Heeren Loo Julianadorp with these issues. The first step, together with those involved in the workplace, is to analyse the problems in the current situation and to determine the direction of solution. This follows the organisation and weekly supervision of the project team, which makes it possible to work structurally on improvement. Ultimately, the step from rules to agreements with various awareness tools and self-regulatory learning is eased. The aim is to bring about a change in behaviour: that employees are willing to learn from each other, are open to feedback from colleagues and give feedback to others themselves. The project result is that safety increases for all involved and the staff of the department can be deployed in a sustainable manner. (English) | |||||||||||||||
