Vanuit de holding verzorgen wij de ondersteuning van de werkmaatschappijen BDUmedia en BDUprint. Binnen onze branches volgen de ontwikkelingen elkaar in een hoog tempo op. Hierdoor kun je als medewerker bij ons enorm veel leren. Anderzijds is het belangrijk daarbij dat je goed met veranderingen om kunt gaan en flexibel bent. De veranderingen vragen veel van de veerkracht en het leervermogen van medewerkers en leidinggevenden. Het is daarom van groot belang dat medewerkers en leidinggevenden werken aan grotere vitaliteit en flexibiliteit om op een goede manier op veranderingen te kunnen anticiperen en ermee te kunnen omgaan. Wij hebben vanzelfsprekend een aantal initiatieven, pilots en activiteiten geïnitieerd om hieraan te werken.
